Hi Everyone,

Im a new member to this chat. However every time I log into the chat, the chat room will not load. I have installed the lastest Adobe Flash Player (version 11) but the chat room will still not load. Im using the latest Internet Explorer (version 8). I have attached a screenshot of my chat room not appearing at all. As you can see it is just blank after it is been loading it. Please help and let me know!! Thanks.

Try a different browser. Firefox is my preference. Chrome is popular as well, but i think it tends to be less effective on the site.

XP user, eh? Internet Explorer 10 is the latest, with 11 on the way for Windows 8. Your issue looks similar to the problem I have at work, due to the firewall. Does your progress bar move left to right repeatedly, before you get what you posted in your screenshot?

Edit: Oh, and welcome to CC!

So any hints for chatting when using an I pad 2?

Adobe is not apt to developing Flash for Android and iOS, so unfortunately, even though there's a mobile counterpart of this site, the chat applet generally does not work on mobile devices.

Maybe someday!
