Wow, I am so happy they are back with their families. Thank You Jesus!

What a tear jerker of a story.

Three Ohio women found alive after being missing for a decade; 3 men arrested - U.S. News
I saw that this morning on Fox news. The girls were so young when they were
taken. I don't know details yet, like how far apart were they kidnapped. I know
one mother went to police in beginning when her 14 yr old was missing and police
called her daughter a run away. The mother new better. But, finally they said
well maybe she was kidnapped. DUH !! Don't they have it backwards ? They would
not put out an Amber Alert for her. The men are now being shown on TV...and boy
it is hard to imagine what those young women went through. May God heal their
memories and scars of the lost years, and what they endured. One young woman
had a baby while there. She is 6 yrs old now. Had to be born without medical care.
God is to be praised for allowing that young woman screams be heard and the
neighbor kicked the door down and let her out to call 911. Praise God.

Where was Jesus when the girls were kidnapped?
We could say that about all the horrors in the world...where is Jesus in Sudan today? Syria? Israel? Cuba? Korea, China.....Britain, USA...et al. In all the countries, all the homes where is abuse is currently taking place. As a believer I know that we live in a fallen world, bad things happen to good people, bad things happen to us all. To all people who walk on this earth but we do have hope. The Bible tells us Gods plan and I trust In Him, that all He has spoken will come to pass. Human trafficking is a sad reality in our world, what I would like to ask is, what could we do about it? I trust God to heal the broken hearted and to turn their mourning into dancing....God Bless. <><

I´d ask, too, "Where´s God in Venezuela?" But He is everywhere and HIS goodness will prevail (after the process of healing, because we easily say "we don´t deserve this or that").

Believeing in God is a long-life college, a long run to help us change the inner m@n. :D

I just don't understand why someone who could have prevented the tragedy from happening in
the first place but didn't gets thanks.

So Jesus is great because they escaped, but where was he for the last decade while they were
being held against their will and most likely abused and raped daily? I'm sorry that I just accept
the reality of the situation.

If I was being stabbed repeatedly while Superman stood in the shadows like some creepy
voyeur then I was able to knock the knife from the attackers hand I'm not going to say
that Superman used his super breath and thank him! I'm going to consider him useless
for looking and doing nothing.

Then again that would never happen. Superman doesn't exist.

I think you can only understand, if you ask God to give you the understanding. It is the Holy Spirit that saves....We live in an evil world. So what do we expect? Read the Bible with an open and seeking heart. He will make it all clear but the ways of God are 'foolishness to those who do not believe'. I was like you 13 years ago , I thought those that believed in God were deluded. I actually thought i was intellectually superior to these 'poor simple souls' :) But I read, i talked to other believers and I asked God to reveal the truth to me...and He did. God has given us His book, in it you will find the meaning of life, why you are here, what His plans are for the world he created and we are destroying. We live in a fallen, sinful, decaying world. We will see increasing depravity, war and violence. The one sure hope is that Christ is real, our life here is transient and we have a choice. Believe in nothing much except our own abilities....or believe in God, the creator of the heavens and the earth, the creator of you. He loves you, He wants to know you....all you have to do is ask, sincerely. I used to seek out believers too, challenge them, often be-little their faith...but Christ took over, now I defend His children and have the joy of being given the gift of telling the lost, the Truth that can set them free. God Bless you as you seek Him, I pray you will turn to Him....He is right by your side. <><

I am happy they got away... and I hope they can get the psychological help they need, and can start to heal from all this.

Seriously disturbing stuff. =/

And nobody should be responsible for what they do?

Never doubt the plans that God has. I know how easy it is to blame God for the negative things that go on in this world but that is also a result of our fallen nature and cursed world.

Ah I don't know. Never doubt gods plan? Tell that to Joseph Fritzels daughter who was locked up and raped for 25 years by her father. Raped in front of her own children that were the result of previous rapings.

That was gods plan for her? And no doubt he'll send her to hell when she dies for not believing in him.

You don't know what she believes. Don't presume to know what will happen to her.

This doesn't have to be complicated:

But the earthly powers that be shall make it so anyways, of course.

Well, intead of blah blah blah about this all... we all could pray for the victims (and it would be the right thng to do->we could also pray for those men too).
