Don't blame God for that!!
What that I am seeking the truth on this? This is NOT a game,it is far more serious then most realize. Israel was DESTROYED and JUDAH went into exile because of their continued divination, witchcraft and idolatry. How much more plain did God have to make it how seriously we are to take those things? My soul depends on the answer, and God will not fail me on this. His promise is to lead us into all truth. AND HOW MUCH MORE PLAIN CAN I MAKE IT,IF THIS IS NOT FROM GOD THEN IT IS DIVINATION AND WITCHCRAFT,which I would just as soon stay away from.

Irrationality is spirituality. I smell judeomasonicbolshevik influence here. :D

Wow!! And in such a small statement........ I must admit, tribesman, I'm impressed!! Not spiritually, but carnally. I actually had to go look that up! Those people you mention, there are two facts about them that always show themselves:
1. They will perform secret things in broad daylight...... And nobody knows it's them.
2. They will start a propaganda campaign to accuse everybody else for what they're doing......... ironic isn't it?:p

Does anyone believe the Father intends for His children to have to reference all of these people in order to understand the simple words He has given us to read?

He has given the Holy Spirit. No one need read Hebrew, study Wesley, be a specific denomination or anything to be His Child, and His children hear Him when He speaks.

He speaks by the Holy Spirit when reading the Word. The Word is Jesus.
The Word and being guided by the Holy Spirit is enough for any child, and Christ crucified is the only thing any child needs to know and understand, all the rest is a gift from Him.

The servants of God have not been left without His gifts to help them on the Way.

Zephaniah 3:9
"Then I will purify the lips of the peoples, that all of them may call on the name of the LORD and serve him shoulder to shoulder.

The pure language, שפה ברורה saphah berurah, may here mean the form of religious worship. They had been before idolaters: now God promises to restore his pure worship among them. The word has certainly this meaning in Psalm 81:6; where, as God is the speaker, the words should not be rendered, "I heard a language which I understood not," but, "I heard a religious confession, which I approved not." See Isaiah 19:18; Hosea 14:3; and see Joel 2:28, where a similar promise is found.
Clarke

.....

God turns to the nations a pure lip, by purifying their sinful lips, i.e., He converts them, that they may be able to call upon Him with pure lips. Lip does not stand for language, but is mentioned as the organ of speech, by which a man expresses the thoughts of his heart, so that purity of the lips involves or presupposes the purification of the heart. The lips are defiled by the names of the idols whom they have invoked (cf. Hosea 2:19; Psalm 16:4).
Keil and Delitzsch Biblical Commentary on the Old Testament

...

3:9 A pure language - I will give them a pure way of worshipping me, the issue of a pure heart.
Wesley

You are deliberately ignoring the reference to what was declared an invention of man, angelic tongues. I knew from the git go the understanding. I do not sense any of the love of Yahweh in most of the posts against God's power here, but I do sense a lot of deception. Do not tell people what they have understood when they are giving a direct response to a post that is clear and concise, that is a perversion.

Well said. I see you're catching on to their tactics. Ignore the facts, and overrun them with propaganda. Yep, you see it right.

Why do you not go to Paul, he makes reference to it? I could tell you of my own experience, but that is on faith, and you should not accept that, not with your empirical approach to all that is. No, I will not take the bait.
Did you know that some are so bad that they believe that the Pauline epistles should not even be in the Canon of Scripture?.......

do you want me to accept that as the GLORY God poured out at Pentecost?

what DIGNITY are you talking about?

you're apparently the one who won't read the word and accept it.

let's go back to not having discussion jack - you're unwilling to address that matter without being double-minded.

ROFL!!!!! You just did it again!! HAAHAAHAA!!!

What has any of that to do with chapters like 1 Corinthians 14? Can you not see that the theme there is intensely what Paul said, here, Romans 14:19 "Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another."

Why create a theme that does not exist? Stick to what Paul proves everywhere to consistently teach.

Try catching up on five pages of posts. (The long posts don't bother me too much) Or the ones when you post a reply it comes up 15 posts further down because you are only a three finger typist :p:)

If you would be kind enough to read what I have already posted from the Word you will know. Until you do, you may see my reply to a recently posted text. I am not going around that circle anymore.
What I have already posted in this thread is conveniently ignored in order to shift around what the thread has brought to its present state. Thank you for explaining so much of what you understand.

You have the presence of mind to say "Harsh accusation?" Thank you. Love is not alway saying yes, and it is never yeilding to half truths. You are accusing me. The Scripture I have posted has been posted with understanding. I could have posted less, as so many do to justify a misguided idea, but I try to include before and after. You are very clever with your retort, but obviously you do not understand what was being conveyed.

So now I am just ignorant because I don't agree with your position on how these verses are understood and applied in the modern church.
You have made a large number of biblically unsupported claims. I ask you again to look at the passage in Isa 28:11-12 and Deut 28:49
To understand the NT we must understand how the first century Jews would have seen it. If we lose sight of the Jewish perspective we lose sight of a lot of the meaning of the verses.
If you should not quote Mat 7:1 without verse 2. What then shall we do with John 7:24?

If you are a teacher, if you understand from the Word what you wish to convey, please, teach and convey, but I do not accept homework assignments on forums.

If you are able to express youself with understanding of the Word, it is fairly certain I will understand.

Also, I like to believe it is not what you call my position, rather my belief and faith in what the Holy Spirit has given me from the Word.

I am. I posted many Scriptures in context and the reply I got was I don't believe in the authority of Scripture, when I agree it is not contradicted, but its not everything about Him. We need the Spirit to lead us. Doesn't seem like people are seeking truth, so I'm probably done here. Be blessed and be a blessing.
