I had the opposite problem. He'd call 5+ times a day. Superannoying, to say the least. After a while, I only answered 2 or 3 times. Oh yeah, some guys say i love you waaaaaay to soon. One guy even said it after a few days!

If I say funny things and he doesn't get it... constantly...

OR - if his sense of humor is more that "40 Year Old Virgin"/"Knocked Up"/"Superbad"/"Most Recent Horribly Offensive Raunchy Comedy" type...

No sense of humor. The last girl I (sort of) dated had the sense of humor of a tree stump.

My personal pet peeve is bad manners... not just toward me but regarding social skills during interactions with society in general... for example, someone who doesn't say "please" and "thank you" to the waitress... is impatient or rude to service clerks... or acts like the world somehow lies in wait, expecting him to show up and eagerly anticipating his every command... I was also with a guy once who was eating a candy bar... and while we were talking he just wadded it up and threw it on the floor. ACK!! If he was so lazy that he couldn't take the time to locate a trash bin and use it... How on earth would he ever have the sense of responsibility and be willing to do the hard work that comes with a relationship, let alone a marriage??? No, thank you!

One of my things are guys that are toooo lazy to plan a date. They say "Well what do you want to do?" or some other lame question. If you want to take me out on a date... plan it! surprise me.. be romantic for crying out loud. Now if you want some suggestions because you're completely stumped about what i like or dislike.. then thats okay and It doesn't have to be planned all the time. Dont get me wrong, being spontaneous is cool too. But I think that having your night planned for your date and they're unaware of what you have planned is being just as spontaneous as randomly saying let's go here.

Let me clarify my statement... I, myself am a very creative person, so when a guy shows that he's completely not interested in planning a somewhat memorable date, I instantly think "Boring!" When he constantly asks me what do i want to do, It kind of makes me feel like I have to plan a date for myself, and he just tags along.lol I like to have fun and excitement on a date, so a guys lack of creativity or effort to me, translates as a lack of interest in me... I hope that makes sense lol

BFF, I know what you mean!

I was dating a guy and that Day That Shall Remain Unnamed That Occurs Halfway Through February Every Year was approaching. He asked what I wanted to do, and I said it should be something different than what we normally do (dinner & a movie. ho hum.). He racked his brain for two weeks and ended up taking me to dinner and miniature golf... and a movie the next day... And he only came up with the miniature golf at the suggestion of a friend. Don't get me wrong, it was fun, but he couldn't even come up with THAT on his own.

My pet peeve is a guy that talks continuously. When i have to rush to get a yes, no, yeah, huh in, cause I can feel that he is wanting the floor again, it is really quite annoying. A couple of guys lately that I have not pursued in getting to know them better for that very reason. A one sided sonversation is basically "no conversation."

My pet peeves are... hmm.. using too many colloquial sayings, no sense of humour, no skills, frequent and inefficient text messaging eg writing one word per message instead of writing everything in one big long one, not answering telephone calls and
wow I'm building up quite a list, this is like therapy...some more... if she talks to ex boyfriends who don't wear shirts, if she dusts fake plastic plants, if she buys fake plastic plants, putting CD's or DVD's on the table with the wrong side down, not turning appliances off at the wall, any sort of obsessive compulsive disorder like arranging pictures so they are straight on the wall,...putting the toilet paper roll around the wrong way..putting aluminium foil on the wrong way on food, putting cans in the fridge, poor hygiene, listening to bad techno music, reggae music, country and western music, screamo, punk rock all day long, smacking lips when chewing, smelling under armpits and silent farting.
