I always read the question 'why are you still single?????' as a nagging annoying voice. Which I feel the desire to reply, 'ugh go away already. I don't know, k there, happy?'

I'm 22, almost 23, and have never been in a serious, long-term relationship. People ask me all the time why I'm still single, and it's tough to give them a simple answer. Actually, an 8-year-old girl called me a "loner" the other day, for not having a boyfriend. YAY!
In short, I just haven't met the right person.. as cliché as that sounds. I've been asked out of course, but I had to reject all of them because, well, most of them were non-believers. I'm just not willing to settle for something that will not last. I see my friends breaking up with their gfs/bfs all the time, and it really stinks to see them hurt so badly. Some of them don't have marriage in mind when dating others, and they just continually get emotionally and physically hurt.
I'm waiting on God to reveal the right person at the right time in my life. No matter what the world says, it's worth waiting on Him!

I didn't say it's a straight jacket O.O; the orderly told me it was the latest fashion.
He called it the "love yourself" jacket, 'coz it allows you to hug yourself perpetually, without your arms getting tired at all (and he's right!!! XD).
The patch on my back says "Out of Order", and it was pointing up to my head, and i had no idea why o.o; i just thought the straps weren't working, that's why i couldn't get them off when i got tired and bored of hugging myself >.<;
Good thing that 2 years weren't too long of a wait for someone to finally take them off XD
