Listen........ants are insects.
They have a queen who lays eggs.
They work to procreate their species, (because that is the way God wired them).
When Solomon declared - "Consider the ant thou sluggard", he was not making a political statement.
He was making a 'work or don't eat' statement.
What else can be said? - Please.

It almost sounds like you want to argue any explanation of free will simply because of the consequences associated with making a choice which you seem to see as making the choice for you. But people still make the wrong choice - break laws, hurt people, hurt themselves. If you CHOOSE not to go to work tomorrow that is your decision, but it doesn't mean you won't lose that day's pay and won't get reprimanded by your boss. You may even lose that job if you CHOOSE to do that too often for no good reason. But you are still FREE to do that. What is so difficult here?
As Forthangel said, the chaos and anarchy that would derive from absolute freedom from repercussions and consequences would be complete disaster. That would not be freedom at all.
I believe God has an Intentional plan, and Intentional Will. What he INTENDS for us and the world. We do what we humans do, make our decisions one way or the other, and then God goes to his Circumstantial Will -the same planned outcome, but changes in how He moves things along in the wake of the decisions we humans have made. When all is said and done, there will be God's Ultimate Will - the outcome He had INTENDED from the beginning, that just took a different route to get to.
