This one was written by a dude in Italy....American music was really popular there back in the day and he wrote it to kind of make fun of the fact that people will listen to anything whether the lyrics are understood or not. It's not written in any language, it's just written in jibberish that sounds like English to a non-native speaker. Kind of like we say ching chang chong to make fun of chinese people
