Obama is sidestepping Congress to raise from four to six billion in taxes. He wants to add a $5 tax to cell phones for the next three years in order to pay for high speed Internet in 99% of classrooms. This would only need FCC approval.

Congress is what Emperor Barry steps over to issue his royal decrees (e.g. executive orders). The fact he does this even though Democrats own the Senate only shows how little he cares about our form of government.

I really don't think the money will go where it's supposed to or that it's needed in the first place for it's intended purpose. I've worked in construction for 14 years and have worked on 6 new schools and have worked on at least as many remodels of existing buildings and every last one of them had high speed internet throughout the building. It's just a way for Emperor Obama to increase taxes for his pet projects but make it palatable to his loyal subjects because it's "for a good cause."

To me, our president's abuse of power and lavish vacations points not to a lack of respect for the government as much as..

we are in power and now its our turn to abuse things. Since its the marxist's true agenda, power for a few, this is just a manifestation of Obama's agenda and personal ideology.
