I am single because I really haven't had to the time to go out and meet people. Since I got out of prison I have been working a whole bunch and don't have a car. Those are some pretty big hindrances. I haven't even asked a woman for her number or had a conversation that would lead to that type of question. I am always wondering what the woman is going to think about my past. I just served 13 1/2 years in prison. Can they get over that? I know when I share the reason and what happened they are more open, but still: what is going through her head when she is thinking about that.

Can anyone woman out there give me some advice about that?

I used to think it was because I'm ugly and shy but I'm not the ugliest or the Shyest so I think girls just hate me.

I'm still single because an inevitable broken heart is too much of a burden to bear (whoa, I didn't mean for that to come out sounding so bitter - lol).

I am 22 years old and haven't really had a good relationship. The one true one I had ended horribly after a year. and caused me to have some confidence/trust issues. It doesn't matter though what age you find the one. Because whoever it is God will decide when the two will meet and it will be in His time. Could be tomorrow or could be 10 years from now. Two people need to be fully 100 percent in tune with God before they join their journeys with God together.

I'm single cos :
1.I'm just 22 years old :D
2.I believe god will provide me with a suitable lyf partner at the right time
3.I'm a shy guy..i dont talk too much to girls
4.Very few ppl in my culture get married in my age
5.I have never thought of the idea of getting married any tym soon..he he ....:p

I am single because every time I meet a guy, he winds up meeting his future wife a few weeks later. So apparently my purpose in life is to drive other people toward their soul mates. :p

I know this is an old post my lovely friend but let me tell you, any woman who has reservations on you needs to think twice on her own spirituality. You have been so very dear to me and I charrish your presence in my life and wouldn't trade ya for a billion..well...other people? lol. and guess what, I work alot, i cant drive very safely (tho i still do) with my bad eye. so some people need to give people with those "hindrences" more credit!

BTW, I MISS YOU!!! :)
