The great Tribulation / Feast of trumpets
The trumpets sound over a 3 ½ year period.

Feast of trumpets is know as Rosh HaShanah" means "Head of theYear", day of awakening, The Day of Judgment, the Birthpangs of theMessiah, Day of Remembering, proclaimed the anointing of a new king, Weddingof the king.
Leviticus 23 Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, [SUP]24[/SUP]“Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a sabbath-rest, a memorialof blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation. [SUP]25 [/SUP]You shall do no customary work on it; and you shall offer an offering made by fire tothe Lord.’
On the feast of trumpets there are 4 sounds made by theshofar as a revelation to us.
The 1[SUP]st[/SUP]sound of Trumpet / Shofar is to call a man to wake up and search his heart and to announce the seating of the heavenly court.
Revelation 4:1 After this I looked, and there beforeme was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speakingto me like a trumpet said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.
From here Revelation 4:1-10 the seating of the heavenlycourt.
Daniel 7:9-14 [SUP]9 [/SUP]“I watched till thrones were put in place, And the Ancient of Days was seated;
His garment was white as snow, And the hair of His head was likepure wool.
His throne was a fiery flame, Its wheels a burning fire;
[SUP]10 [/SUP]A fiery stream issued And came forth from before Him. A thousand thousands ministered to Him; Ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him. The court[SUP][[/SUP]
[SUP]a[/SUP][SUP]][/SUP] was seated, And the books were opened.
Ephesians 5:14-17 [SUP]14 [/SUP]This is why it is said “Wake up, sleeper, rise from thedead, and Christ will shine on you.” [SUP]15[/SUP]Be very careful, then, how you live —not as unwise but as wise, [SUP]16 [/SUP]making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. [SUP]17 [/SUP]Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is
2[SUP]nd[/SUP] soundof the Trumpet / Shofar This is the call to repent a call of alarm. for usto make our choice to grow in Yeshua /Jesus.
2 Corinthians 7:10 - For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.
2
Joel 2:11-13
[SUP]11 [/SUP]The Lord gives voice before His army, For Hiscamp is very great; For strong is the One who executes His word. For the day of the Lord is great and very terrible; Who can endure it? [SUP]12 [/SUP]“Now,therefore,” says the Lord,“ Turn to Me with all your heart, With fasting, withweeping, and with mourning.”
[SUP]13 [/SUP]So rend your heart, and not your garments; Return to the Lordyour God, For He is gracious and merciful,Slow to anger, and of great kindness; And He relents from doing harm.

Joshua 24:15 But if serving the LORD seems undesirable toyou, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the godsyour forefathers served beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the LORD
3rd sound of the Trumpet / Shofar This is the call to war! This is the time forthe 7 churches to get it right and warn the world of the judgment.
Mark 1:3 avoice of one calling in the desert, 'Prepare the way for the Lord, makestraight paths for him.
Romans 15:6 Then all of you can join together with one voice, giving praise and glory to God,the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Jeremiah 4:19-20
[SUP]19 [/SUP]Oh, my anguish, my anguish! I writhe in pain. Oh, the agony of my heart!
My heart pounds within me,I cannot keep silent. For I have heard the sound of the trumpet/Shofar;
I have heard the battle cry.
[SUP]20 [/SUP]Disaster follows disaster;
the whole land lies inruins.
In an instant my tents are destroyed, my shelter in a moment.

Isaiah 58:1Shout it aloud, do not hold back. Raise your voice like a trumpet. Declare tomy people their rebellion and to the house of Jacob their sins.
Isaiah 40:6 A voice says, "Cry out." And I said, "What shall I cry?""All men are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of thefield.
What are we to tellthe people
33 Again the word ofthe Lord came to me, saying, [SUP]2 [/SUP]“Son of man, speak to the children of your people, and say to them: ‘When I bring the sword upon a land, and thepeople of the land take a man from their territory and make him their watchman,[SUP]3 [/SUP]when he sees the sword coming upon the land, if he blows the trumpetand warns the people, [SUP]4 [/SUP]then whoever hears the sound of the trumpetand does not take warning, if the sword comes and takes him away, his bloodshall be on his own head. [SUP]5 [/SUP]He heard the sound of the trumpet, but did not take warning; his blood shall be upon himself. But he who takes warning will save his life. [SUP]6 [/SUP]But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet,
3
and the people arenot warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, heis taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’shand.’
[SUP]7 [/SUP]“So you, son of man: I have made you awatchman for the house of Israel; therefore you shall hear a word from My mouthand warn them for Me. [SUP]8 [/SUP]When I say to the wicked, ‘O wicked man,you shall surely die!’ and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way,that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand. [SUP]9 [/SUP]Nevertheless if you warn the wicked to turn from hisway, and he does not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but youhave delivered your soul.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]“Therefore you, O son of man, say to thehouse of Israel: ‘Thus you say, “If our transgressions and our sins lieupon us, and we pine away in them, how can we then live?”’ [SUP]11 [/SUP]Say tothem: ‘As I live,’ says the Lord God, ‘I have no pleasure in the deathof the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn, turn fromyour evil ways! For why should you die, O house of Israel?’ [SUP]12 [/SUP]“Thereforeyou, O son of man, say to the children of your people: ‘The righteousness of the righteous man shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression; as forthe wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall because of it in the day that he turns from his wickedness; nor shall the righteous be able to live becauseof his righteousness in the day that he sins.’ [SUP]13 [/SUP]When I sayto the righteous that he shall surely live, but he trusts in his own righteousness and commits iniquity, none of his righteous works shall beremembered; but because of the iniquity that he has committed, he shall die. [SUP]14[/SUP]Again, when I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ if he turns fromhis sin and does what is lawful and right, [SUP]15 [/SUP]if the wickedrestores the pledge, gives back what he has stolen, and walks in the statutesof life without committing iniquity, he shall surely live; he shall not die. [SUP]16[/SUP]None of his sins which he has committed shall be remembered against him;he has done what is lawful and right; he shall surely live
Matthew 10:28 Do not be afraid of those who kill thebody but can not kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell
Daniel 11:33-35 [SUP]33 [/SUP]And those of thepeople who understand shall instruct many; yet for many days they shallfall by sword and flame, by captivity and plundering. [SUP]34 [/SUP]Now when they fall, they shall be aided with a little help; but many shall join with them by intrigue. [SUP]35 [/SUP]And some of those of understanding shall fall, to refine them, purify them, and make them white, unti lthe time of the end; because it is still for the appointed time.
Isaiah 54:10Though the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet my unfailing lovefor you will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed," says the LORD, who has compassion on you.
The 4[SUP]th[/SUP]sound of Trumpet / Shofar , Day of Remembering, proclaimedthe anointing of a newking, Wedding of the king.
Malachi 3:16-17 A Book of Remembrance

[SUP]4[/SUP]
[SUP]16 [/SUP]Then those who feared the Lord spoke to oneanother, And the Lord listened and heard them;
So a book of remembrance was written before Him For those who fear the Lord
And who meditate on His name.
[SUP]17 [/SUP]
“They shall be Mine,” says the Lordof hosts,
“On the day that I make them My jewels And I will spare them As a man spares his own son who serves him.

Luke 12:36 like men waiting for their master to return from a wedding ,so that when he comes and knocks they can immediately open the door for him.
1 Corinthians 15:23 But each in his own turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes,those who belong to him
Not all believers inthe LORD are part of the bride. There is also a small flock or remnant .
proclaimed the anointing of a new king
1 Kings 1:34 Therehave Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet anoint him king over Israel. Blowthe trumpet and shout, 'Long live King Solomon!

Wedding of the king.
Who makes up the Bride
Ephesians 5:25-27
Husbands, love yourwives, as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her, that he might sanctify her,having cleansed her by the washing of water with the word, so that he mightpresent the church to himself in splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any suchthing, that she might be holy and without blemish.
Now days there are people in the church who have not fully submitted to GOD. They are not without spot or wrinkleor any such thing, that she might be holy and without blemish.
Ephesians 5:22-24-27"Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. Forthe husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ isthe head of the Church: and he is the savior of the body. Therefore asthe Church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands inevery thing.
Before Yeshua /Jesus comes back he will purify hisBride / Church like gold and silver.
Revelation 3:15-18
[SUP]5[/SUP]
[SUP]15 [/SUP]“I know your works, that you are neither coldnor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. [SUP]16 [/SUP]So then, because youare lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot,[SUP][a][/SUP] I will vomit you out of My mouth. [SUP]17 [/SUP]Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do notknow that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked— [SUP]18 [/SUP]I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments,that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may notbe revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.
1 Corinthians11:19 No doubt there have to bedifferences among you to show which of you have God's approval.
1 John 2:19 They went out from us, but they did not really belong to us. For if they hadbelonged to us, they would have remained with us; but their going showed thatnone of them belonged to us
1 Corinthians 7:4The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife
Ephesians 5:31 For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife,and the two will become one flesh

Thank you for posting this - I have been intending to read about Rosh HaShsana for the past few days and haven't gotten to it. Now you have made it so easy to get an overview! Thanks again. God bless you.

The Feast of Trumpets looks forward to the return of Christ at the seventh trumpet. It looks future as well as back...

Rev 11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Here is when the Kingdom of God is established on earth. Daniel corroborates this...

Dan 2:43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.
Dan 2:44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

At Christ's return...

1Th 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

1Co 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

This occurs at the return of Christ...

1Co 15:22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.
1Co 15:23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.

Happy 5774 to all who follow this calendar. The missing, on purpose, genealogies, whatever they total, would put us very close to the seventh millennium for those who await it.

Thanks, guys! And to all of you who are celebrating this today...

May you all continue to grow in your relationship and dependency on Him, and may you always hear His voice, his trumpet in your lives.

We had an incredible Mikveh/Baptism service last night, and I have the blessing of being able to take today off as a Sabbath. Enjoying extra time with my family today, and looking forward to ANOTHER great Sabbath tomorrow.

Blessings to you all!
Matt

Part of this celebration of the return of Christ is the week of the Tabernacles or Booths. After the trumpet sounds, after the judgment there will be a new dwelling place for us. All God's children will be saved. During this week people leave their homes to live in booths, or new places to symbolize this and thank our Lord for the blessings He has in store for us. This year it is from 9/18 to 9/25.

Trumpets, Atonement, Tabernacles, and Last Great Day, all in one moon.

a very spiritual time fotr the people of Yahweh!

praise Yahweh!

Amen. We're entering into our final planning for that week. Our church sets up a 9-day conference and camping time, so we're getting really close to that. It's always exciting to see what God will do during that time!

On the Day of Atonement sometimes I and some friends go to water that is moving to symbolize Christ, the living water, and throw bread with yeast in it on the water to symbolize ridding ourselves of sin and Christ washing us clean.

It is a very moving service.

so nice, I am not sure where there is water where we have moved. I am just going to blow the shofar and think on the things I need to change. I pray this next year I become the person I have always wanted to be. A light, a friend, full of peace and giver of peace to others. I pray the Lord help me use each day to make someone's life a little better. I pray he use me to bring them joy and comfort. I also pray that their pain not fill me as deeply as it does. Sometimes it is hard to look at the righteous in so much pain. when for them to move or be moved cause so much pain. Then sometimes the say the most amazing things, "God bless your day and your futures", "Thank ya all for letting me sit with you", On your knees you will grow stronger then trees." Then a person who with every move is in pain. " can I help you with anything" When I look daily into their pain, frustration, anger, tears, I think why do the righteous suffer so. As days go by they get weaker and the smiles become less often and the pleads for God to take them are herd more often. People who want to sit up and be with others, but the pain in their bodies limits how long they can do this. I see this pain everyday but I think of all the people who walk by me everyday what pain are they hiding. The pain of the soul can be just as draining. I pray the Lord come soon that all pain will be gone, but more then that I pray he wait until the very last willing soul has made it's choice. On this Day of Atonement may the Lord do a great work in my heart and all his children. May our eyes see him as he is and our hearts be open to his will for us. God bless you all
