Constantine did not fulfill the highlighted area. He only had this power over what the roman empire held. The roman empire did not hold power over the ":earth and ALL who dwell dwell in it"

The thing about Constantine is, he died and was buried. The beast and false prophet don't
get a physical death or burial, or grave to point to. It will be a case of "now you see them,
now you don't." These two also don't stand and get judged at the great white throne of judgement.
When Jesus returns, these two go straight into hell.

Do not suppose that because Constantine died the Beast that he was the first head of died with him. There is still the rite of succession as Pontifex Maximus. And there still remain the Two Horns of that Beast--Eastern and Western Catholicism. Until those two powers are destroyed from the face of this earth, the work that began under Constantine will not have been destroyed, and therefore the Beast lives on until that time.

There is no speculation. There is only calculation in obedience to the Word of God. I do not toss aside the Word of Christ as you would have me do. I obey it. I study it. I believe it. I give this out to those of understanding who desire to know the truth.

Constantine did nothing for the church but corrupt it more than any other factor in the history of the world has ever corrupted it and that is all he did. Shortly can also be translated quickly meaning

1. These things would come on scene, and all take place in a short time
2. These things will happen a short time after he finishes writting.

Again Prophesy has always spoke of events in near future or events in long future, And the words were written for everyone. Only only assumes revelation was written for people alive then. And not like MUCH ot prophesy, for them, and everyone else who would ever read. and the people alive at the time.,
