ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! Oral sex is not FORPLAY!!!! It can be used as foreplay but it is NOT foreplay!!!! Foreplay can even be stroking someones hair, to gentle kissing, to snuggling...
and a lot of other oral activities pertaining to the body.... the key word there is "oral".

Imperfect, read Song of Solomon... You will see that oral sex is a blessing from God... However to use it outside of marriage is the exact same as sex... You can see that it is another form of sex... And that the two are one in the same... I am sorry but you are wrong... Just go and read Song of Solomon...

Now go and replenish the earth, and at a certain age the drive, puberty takes effect and control over all mankind, wanting sex. And is hidden in many cases, and so God did what left man up to a reprobate mind as in Romans 1. Clear there on this.
Also as Christ said if your eye causes you to sin, Gouge it out, better for part of you to go to heaven than all of you to go to hell. He was talking about lusting after another woman, that he has already committed Adultery in his heart. By the Law, being in unredeemed flesh we are condemned. But by the new born again Spirit from God through the resurrection of Christ we are freed from the insidious flesh self, learning to daily walk by the Spirit of God that God sealed us with on the very first day of belief. That is Eph. 1:13 sealed by god with a promise from God to carry on the good work that God started in you the believer. If you will hold fast and stay with in belief of God to do this, it will be done then
1 John 4:16-18

Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)

[SUP]16 [/SUP]And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. [SUP]17 [/SUP]Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. [SUP]18 [/SUP]There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.

You mentioned penetration - oral sex is still sex, its just a different location of penetration.

If you asked me if a woman could still be a virgin after oral sex, I would say she could be an impure virgin if she hadn't had any other form of sex. Really this conversation depends on the terms you use, and how you define them. In a general sense, unless you define terms explicitly in other ways, oral sex by most Christians and even non-Christians would be considered sex.

Ok, oral sex and petting and necking if we did before marriage is a sin in God's eyes?

I think no matter what word someone puts in front of 'sex' Its still sex.

Similar to no matter what word someone puts in front of flirting such as 'play' flirting
The root action participated in and practiced is still 'flirting'

Is there such a thing in Gods eyes as 'play' sex? I dont believe so.

Similarly one wouldn't be correct to enage in either of those things with someone else while they were married.
So why engage in things which should only be reserved for a marital partner.

Romans 13
12 The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light.
13 Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy.
14 Rather, clothe yourselves with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh.

Yes. It is considered a sexual act. It is one of the yoga postures described in Song of Solomon. It is mentioned twice, once in reference to fellatio and once in reference to cunilingus.

As the apple tree among the trees of the wood,
so is my beloved among the sons.
I sat down under his shadow with great delight,
and his fruit was sweet to my taste. -- Song of Sol. 2:3

While the King sitteth at his table,
my spikenard sendeth forth the smell thereof.-- Song of Sol. 1:12

Yes, but marriage is God's eyes frequently happens long before the legal wedding. (Now, there's an argument in the making.)

Thank you Nautilus for the sanity check.

All I have to say is didn't Bill Clinton make this argument in the 90's?

It's sex.

Just because you're using a different orfice doesn't make it not sex.

Oral sex is most definitely sex. People try to pass it off as something else to get away with it and say they're virgins but it doesn't work like that.

I have a question for you.
What is the exact reason you're posing this question?

Yet he raises a valid point in that many(including pastors) only have a carnal understanding of marriage until coming to the full Godly knowledge of what it actually means.
As a follower of Christ, why would any want to be ill-informed of a covenant they participate in under Gods headship.
