Biblically speaking, you should not be in any position of authority
over any boys twelve or older (unless you're their mom).
There are reasons for that, and now you know at least one of them.

Can you explain where in the bible female leadership is allowed for 11 year old boys but prohibited for 12 year olds? You have made a rule out of a biblical principle. There is no life in rule-keeping. A law has never been given that is able to impart life. God demands that we come to him for situational counsel.

I'm just messing with you man, a bit. I've read the bible cover to cover (even Leviticus) and cannot remember anything about women being disbarred from teaching boys.
