Romans 3:25, "Whom Yahweh set forth as a sacrifice of atonement by His own blood, through the faith, to declare His righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of Yahweh;

So Yahweh has given us Yahshua as a Sacrifice to cleanse PAST SINS, as in every thing before we accept Yahshua's blood, (antthing else is adding meaning that is not there), and Yahweh did this through His longsuffering and mercy.

Romans 3:26 "To declare His righteousness at this time, that He might be just, and The Justifier of the one who is of the faith of Yahshua."
In light of the issue being that God is demonstrating that he is just, the word "righteousness" (Gr: dike)

is better translated "justice" (Gr: dike).

See where it says "To declare His righteousness at this time" that is pertaining to this "to declare His righteousness for the remission of sins that are past", that Yahshua is JUST Himself and through His Sacrifice the JUSTIFIER of those who believe in His work.
Then you have missed the writer's contrast between past (OT) and present (NT).

We clean it up by getting rid of money. Give all things freely. For this is the work of love, the righteousness which leads to life eternal.
There is no Biblical warrant for getting rid of money.

That is your own religion, not found in the Bible.

If future sins were forgiven it would be clear, but its never stated clearly one sigle time, however, the truth is stated clearly many times.

If future sins were forgiven not only would this be point;ess, but yahchanan (John) would be a liar hinself for misleading

1 Yahchanan 1:8-10, "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His Law is not in us."

If we have no sin why would we need to confess?
So why is it just (not merciful, but just) to forgive our sins?

And on what basis are these present sins forgiven, which were future when one came to saving faith
and all one's past sins were forgiven?

That would be on the same basis that one's past sins were forgiven; i.e., repentance through faith
in the blood of Christ Jesus (Ro 3:25).

Repentance for them through faith in his blood (Ro 3:25) forgives all one's sins, past, present and future.

Now can we put to bed this nonsense of yours that faith in Christ's blood does not forgive all our sin?

how is "for the remission of sins that are past" so hard to understand? I know all the maga praechers in babylon tell us we are free from the Father, all His Instructions are crusty and dusty, say Christ Jesus and then walk in filth and you are saved!!!!! But the Scriptures say this must not be so.

Yahchanan 5:14, "Afterward, Yahshua found him in the sacred precincts and said to him: Behold, you are healed. Sin no more, or a worse thing will come upon you."

1. Sins which are past are sins pre cross. They were forgiven even though the payment had not been made yet.
2. The penalty of sin is death. Thus if only the past sins are forgiven. And this is before cross. No one who sinned after the corss has any hope. If they are pre our repentance. Then we are only forgiven for those sin, and any sin we commit after are eternally damning, and can never be forgiven.

Your belief has far to many issues to deal with. Jesus did not just die for the sins of the past. Our sin was already in his future, he either paid for them all. or he paid for non.. He knew what sins we would commit, and how many we would commit (past present and future) the moment he died for us, and the moment he chose to save us when we repented. Your not going to all of a sudden commit some sin God did not know you were already going to commit. The second issue, is the penalty. If the penalty of sin is death, and we OWE God death for our sin, Then any sin he did not die for would have to be paid by death. Since he is not going to come down again and pay for those sins, we are left with two choices.

1. Death of an animal (hebrews says that does not work)
2. Our own death, Which would be eternal.

in other words. You would have no hope..

Broad is the waY that leads to destruction narrow is the way that leads to life and very few will find it many shall perish but few will find life

Hi all,

Because this discussion i began to read some parts in the bible. Please read the following verses (Hebrews 9:24-28):
24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:

25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others;

26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

Thank the Lord, Jesus died for all our sins, but... only for them that look for him. We must know our salvation with the help of the Holy Spirit.

Does that mean it doesn't matter whether or not you sin? No, of course not. Sin is serious; it is an offense to God, and it breaks our fellowship with Him. Sin also compromises our witness for Christ. The Bible is clear: "Be holy, because I am holy" (1 Peter 1:16).

What does 1 Peter 1:16 means: See 1 Joh 1 vers 9-10:
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

It is important to know our sins, there must be a sadness to God about our sins and confess it to Him. In that way we honor him for his sacrifice.

God bless you all.

If future sins were forgiven not only would this be pointless, but Yahchanan (John) would be a liar himself for misleading

Why would we be called liars for saying we have not sin? If future sins are forgiven why would he say "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves" If future than we would have no sin.

Hi Hizikyah,

Please have a look at the follow verses:

7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

9 Of sin, because they believe not on me;

10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;

11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

The same John wrote this, this words are from Jesus Himself. The Holy Spirit will learn us, that naturally we have a depraved nature.

Read the following pieces (it is good to read whole chapter 7 of Romans):

15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I.

16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good.

17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not.

19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.

20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.

22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:

23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

Paul is speaking of a old men and a new men. When we get the salvation by the grace of Jesus, the following words are true for us to:

20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.

The sin is forgiven, but we are struggling with it every minute of our life, because it still dwelleth in me, that gives me pain because I know that Jesus did an unfathomable payment with his own life, by dying on the cross. Verse 20 is such a comfort, but also a painful understatement that for as long I life in this world, the sin still remains.

Do we walk in the light of the salvation? Read Romans 8 verse 1:

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

Because of Him, we can walk in the spirit, lifting the cross (our sins) on our shoulders and carry it happily behind our true savior!! Amen!

Brother hdb, I love yopu my brother, its seems you desire to build up he body of Messiah with correction, this is great.

Hi Hizikyah,

I agree here.

Read the following pieces (it is good to read whole chapter 7 of Romans):

Genesis 4:7-6, "So Yahweh said to Cain: Why are you angry? Why are you downcast? If you do mrighteousness, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do righteousness, sin is crouching at your door. The desire to sin is with you, but you must overcome it!"

1 Yahchanan 3:7, "Little children, let no man deceive you; he who practices righteousness is righteous, just as He is righteous."

Mattithyah 5:20, "For I say to you: Unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will certainly not enter into the Kingdom of Yahweh."

Mattithyah 16:27, “For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His Malakim; and then He will reward every man according to his works.”

Amen!

I agree, THERE IS NO CONDEMNATION OFR THOSE WHO ARE IN YAHSHUA MESSIAH, but...... how is one in Messiah Yahshua?

Let Scripture interpret Scripture

1 Yahchanan 2:6, "He who says he abides in Him, is himself also obligated to walk exactly as He walked."

That's correct now it's all about his son his blood only could satisfy the father in heaven .
a man fell in sin there was no way for us to be clean but by the blood of Jesus christ

If future sins were forgiven not only would this be pointless, but Yahchanan (John) would be a liar himself for misleading

Why would we be called liars for saying we have not sin?
If future sins are forgiven why would he say "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves" If future than we would have no sin.
Your logic fails.

Mattithyah 16:27, “For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His Malakim; and then He will reward every man according to his works.”
Yes, whether they are works of saving faith, or counterfeit faith.

"The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent." (Jn 6:29)

If future sins were forgiven not only would this be pointless, but Yahchanan (John) would be a liar himself for misleading

Your logic fails.

No one said we would not have future sin.

The problem you have is how that sin is forgiven.

the penalty of sin is death. So how can ANYTHING short of death allow or cause forgiveness?

Hebrews 6

4
It is impossible for those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, 5who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age
6and who have fallen away, to be brought back to repentance.
To their loss they are crucifying the Son of God all over again and subjecting him to public disgrace.
7Land that drinks in the rain often falling on it and that produces a crop useful to those for whom it is farmed receives the blessing of God.
8But land that produces thorns and thistles is worthless and is in danger of being cursed. In the end it will be burned.

Speaking to those who were considering returning to Judaism because of the persecution by their
families and friends, and warning them that after having been Christians, if they return to Judaism,
they are rejecting Christ (i.e., crucifying him all over again like the Christ-rejecters who had him killed)
and are rejecting his sacrifice for their sin, and there is no other sacrifice for sin, so they will then die
condemned in their sin and guilt.

Is this principle any different for one who tries to serve two masters today?
Or did Christ himself tell us that no one can serve two masters.
Falling away then coming back over and over again is a dangerous line of walking lukewarm where Christ said he is about to spew such a person out of his mouth.
What then if Christ returns during such a time when one is fallen away, serving any other master than him?
Coming back over and over again instead of staying faithful to him as he is to us, is still putting him back on the cross over and over again, especially as the example they set for others around them.
Because by doing so they mock him

There is no Biblical warrant for getting rid of money.

That is your own religion, not found in the Bible.
The bible has plenty to say on the subject. I leave religion to you experts. I just know that God don't pay bills, and if the Jesus we serve has to pay gas, light and rent then I'm sorry to offend people but that's not God.

We MAKE money, then we use it as our God! We let our countries send our children to war for profit without much care about it.

We live in a digital age now in which knowledge is widely available. The economy is at a halt because of technological advances in all fields. We have 18 million homes empty, 3 million homeless. 1000's upon 1000's of brand new cars sit on lots all over the world. Why? Because everyone who can afford them by money ALREADY HAS ONE, TWO OR MORE OF THEM! But they can't stop making them because the system we live under would colapse!

Religion is the whip of the masses. Those who sit in authority knows these things.

How can the people be of the same mind and judgement when lies are told simply to fill the collection plate!?

The truth and good news is that all men will be saved! How else can love which is perfected cast out fear?

I do not fear in saying these things because I know not to lean on my own understanding. Sure I see what I may perceive as evil, but I also know that whether I understand it or not, that it too works for good!

So I do not fear those that can turn my lights and gas off. I do not fear those that can take away my wi-fi or kick me out of my house. I do not fear those who can kill the body!

I throw it all away for the kingdom I see before me!

So give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.

So give back to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.
This is EXACTLY what we must all do.

We talk about how we want evil to cease, but do we REALLY want this? If we have more than enough for all, why not simply GIVE IT AWAY?

No one today can tell me one reason we use money other than to have power over another!

Well, the difference between the two, and it's the difference between darkness and light,
is that in the former they are with full knowledge and full consent deciding and choosing
to actually reject Christ and his sacrifice for sin, whereas in the latter there is not a decision
and choice to reject Christ.
