I was thinking about this when I mentioned the fishing thing awhile back.

Cause I spent a bit of time in San Diego Pier fishing and it hit me that I would love to do something like that with Zeroturbulence.

And I would love to go to a car show with a bunch of you guys.

But what are some things that you guys would like to do with other people from CC if you ever met?

I know this might sound a bit lame,but seems like a bunch of the guys here play an instrument. I could totally see us having an awesome jam session and / or time of Praise & Worship together...all of us under one roof & have some time of just praising God as men together...praying for one another & sharing stuff about our lives with each other. Then of course going out for a beer & some wings. LOL

That would be cool, Doug! :D Although I'm not really into fishing. I like air shows and car shows though. I was planning on going to the big air show in Miramar to see the Blue Angels this year but the government cancelled it.

I'd love to go for a run with Jullianna, skiing with Doug, Alaska exploring with LoveNeverFails, shopping with Error, gardening with Cris, general hang out and awesomeness with Aimee and Sho because we have so many common interests that it would be hard to choose, go to a play with Bridget, bake some deliciousness with several peeps on here who loooove baked goods, and go on a camping trip with everyone! Woohoo!

I think a white water rafting/camping trip would be super cool, with a whole bunch of y'all. Of course, then we'd all be stuck with each other from launch to take-out, so maybe not... :p

Catlynn- yes! Gardening! You could teach me stuff about it :D

I gotta think on this some more, and it's morning now, so thinking isn't um...a thing I do, this time of day...

I'm definitely on-board for the camping and white water rafting trips! I think it'd be fun to play group games like Apples to Apples after getting to know each other on-line - so much potential for inside jokes.

I remember the day I joined, or maybe the day after, I mentioned Stratego in the chat room and Lil_Christian said she liked that game. So we'll definitely have to do that.

I'd love to throw the Frisbee with some of y'all, let me see here...

Liamson, KenThomas and I should build a fort. Not the little kid kind of fort, I'm thinking more like Fort Harrod.



I was going to include Oncefallen in the fort building, but someone has to lead the opposition in trying to capture the fort. Fair warning, we won't be taken alive.

If Smudge were to draw me in caricature, that would make my week.

I'd love to go to one of those Midwestern state fairs with Julianna. They seem so charming compared to the ones I've been to on the East Coast.

Erratic Emily? If you come to this gathering in costume, I pledge to find and rent a Masterchief costume. (It may come in handy when we're defending the fort anyway.)

I'd have to discuss the current state of affairs with Ritter and Jimmydiggs.

I don't have a console at my house, but I couldn't miss the opportunity to play video games with Karla and Rachelsedge. Maybe they'll let me win one time.

I wish I knew more random stuff about more of you. I'm getting writer's block, maybe I'll be back later with more names and activities.

P.S. I don't know if Zone ever comes into the single's forum, but I bet we could have fun also. She has a fun side to her, even though she cares deeply about geo-political issues.

yes. Anyone who uses Carole King as her avatar is okay in my book! :) I've seen her pop in here once or twice.


I don't like fishing - or rather, don't know if I would like it or not, but I think Liamson would make it fun, especially hanging out on a pier.

I'd like to eat Doritos in a cave with MissCris, or maybe spray paint a rock or wagon wheel with her.

I'd like to catch a bad guy with Julianna.

Jamming with the other musical people in here would be a blast!

Going to a contradance with Seatbelt and a couple of ladyfriends would be a great double date (is he still around? I thought he popped in a couple of weeks ago).

White water rafting with any or all of you.

Discussing books in person with Tintin.

Taking Shobro to a brothel....oh wait, I already did that. When he blasted through, the only place still open (other than the ubiquitous Denny's and assorted fast food places) was Fanny Ann's Saloon, in Old Sacramento. Back in the Ole' West, it was a notorious house of ill repute. Now it's a bar & grill. I forgot about its history when I took him.

Alright, I'll pack my things and head South! :p

Honestly, I'd love to meet you and your kid, attempt to go on a run with you (though I think after half a mile I'd be huffing and puffing, and you'd be like, "C'mon, catch up!!" :p), and cook dinner (and dessert!!). :D

And if I met PopperClicker I'd go hiking with her. :D Though sometimes nature doesn't like me (bugs and tripping over branches), I bet she'd protect me! :D haha I'd also wanna meet her bunnies and goldfishies.

If I met AlaynaJ and MissCriss, I'd just head straight for the local chocolate shop with them. :p

I dunno what I'd do with Grace-Like-Rain, but I know that she's cool and tons of fun so we'd think of something awesome to do. :p

Though I must warn you, it's been a while since I've played, I might need to do a refresh of the rules. :p I used to play it with my sis and dad alot. Kept me sharp. :D

I'd also do a game of Scrabble!

I'm picturing something like a big 4-day event that goes something like a County Fair... Everyone could sign up for the activities and groups they were interested in.

Just a few examples:

*Gaming
*Face Painting (as Darth Maul, of course!
*101 Recipes for Baby Formula with MissCris :)
*Daring Adventures (starring our own Liamson)
*Political Standpoints with Ritter
*Cat's and Cat's Gourmet Cooking (featuring Catlynn and Catherder)
*Jam Sessions with our Two Z's (Zaoman and Zeroturbulence) etc. etc. ;)

LOVE IT! Then in the evenings we'd have team tournaments involving spoons and eggs and lots of good-natured trash talk.
