the hour of testing, Also called the time of Jacobs trouble, and the tribulation.
It will make WW2 look like a walk in the park on a nice sunny day

I believe it might very possibly tie into a nuclear war scenario IDK it does so if God wasn't going to cut that time short no flesh would be left alive but for sake of the elect it will be.

could be.. If we read revelation. the warefare and autmospheric catostrophies caused by Gods removal od that which restrains, Plus his own judgments on mankind will almost wipe out all life on earth. God returns to restor it..
it is satans next to last stand, the final stand will be at the end of the 1000 years
There seems to be a massive lack of understanding about the Tribulation, what it is and isn't. It is the deception of Satan, it is a period of great Satanic temptation. He comes in peace. He comes to solve the world's problems. He does great signs and wonders. He makes a covenant with Israel. He claims to be Messiah and can make lightening flash on command. He will fool almost everyone. That is the Tribulation and it is for the whole world, Rev 3:10. Many hundreds of millions of Christians will fall for the lie and will be slaughtered in a fake rapture.
A lot of people mistake the Tribulation as a period of God's great wrath. It isn't. God's wrath comes at the end as vengeance against the Beast just before Messiah returns. God's wrath is not directed at His people.

yep he will. he will claim peace, and then he will turn after he destroys babylon, and all hell is spread on earth,, the great tribulation.
No the tribulation follows. when he breaks his peace covenant and commits the abomination.
Oh they will. why is that? Christians are going to get slaughtered whether they believe in the rapture or not.
anyone, whether pre-trib, or trib knows when they see the abomination of desolation. the time has come.. no one will be decieved, except those who do not believe it and think God will protect them no matter what.

the abomination which causes desolation by interpretation in the OT was an odol, or unclean thing which is placed in the inner sanctum of the temple..
it causes an abomination of the place where God said no unclean was allowed.
this is what Daniel would have seen it as, and also the disciples whome jesus spoke this too.. there is no other interpretation they would have understood.

Well,I know what tribulation is Wrath comes at the end and, I believe it definitely is separate from trib.Wrath is God's total indignation for the ungodly.

Maybe true.
But as out pastor said last sunday (we are going over revelation now) God uses many things to spread his wrath.
He uses human warefare. Like he did with the babylonians and romans against Isreal. And he uses supernatural wrath things.
if you look at all the seals, trumpets and bowl wraths in rev, you will see there is a mix of both..
Tribulation period according to revelation is Gods wrath, and his redemptive activity. Many Many people get saved at this time, He is not only judging sin and evil. he is saving people on a massive scale.. All in the same time times and half a time (3.5 year) period

Okay thanks for clearing that up, I do believe we might very possibly see a nuclear war though it wasn't restrained in the past,Japan and apostasy is sweeping along anything is possible.I pray to God not but it is in the realm of possible.

I believe it is very possible. FLying arrows or spears or what did he say?? falling from heaven, with power to destroy 1/3 of the earth, and turn water to wormwood. This could very well be John describing a nuclear war as he saw it in his vision.
But that would be an assumption, and I would not hold assumptions as truths in stone, Just as a possible explanation.

Christ did describe many disasters would befall us he called them the birthing pains, I believe we are in them now.WW2 and all the things of the past,but now we have more earthquakes than we did before and they are a lot stronger.More capabilities for wide scale destruction is easily achieved science is way more advanced.

The biggest commandment LOVE,and part of love not arguing,insulting and forgiving those that do offend us.Nobody changes anybody else if they go about insulting or using sneaky snide remarks.I don't believe in pre-trib but none the less I love my brothers and sisters in Christ even if they do,and I don't like or want to insult them.After, all a little honey goes farther than vinegar.

this is the most ungrateful and uncalled for statement i've ever seen on this forum, he is hateful because he is trying to point you all in the right direction? just because he preach against your doctrine you call him hateful, you are the hateful one because you are upset he is speaking against your belief, it's like telling someone who has an addiction they are addicted they get very upset, exactly what is going on here
Hey you two in revelation.... what is the number 666 that you have to have to trade. As I understand, without that number, you simply cannot buy or sell anything.... Is that thing here yet?
Now if I cannot buy food, I cannot feed my kids, i do nto have a farm with all the neccesary meat and corn.... I have evough money to survive, but I cannot spend it before I take the 666.
So if I refuse to take the number (no matter what it is) I cannot feed my children. Except if I do not take the number, but have faith that God will do as He say He will do, for those that does not take the number but TRUST HIM FOR PROVIDING.
Please do not even discuss what the 666 is talk about the two CHOICES and who will choose what. Me, I have ALREADY made up my mind, if I am given the choice, I WILL NEVER TAKE THE 666. (No matter what it is) I have my belief whart it is, but let me assure you it is BAD and if you do take the 666 you CANNOT GO TO HEAVEN...
