No matter what one tries and or does, seek to learn from every action and reaction right or wrong. And ones future will be better as long as one does not sulk in sorrows over bad decisions.
We have the chance to learn from everything that happens good or bad,
Oh Lord if I can learn form all my mistakes, what a wonderful future I will have in trusting you to do in me what I now see I can't do in me
Very well said, Hishomegoing.

God works in all our lives differently as Christians, seeking Him, following Him, having chosen Him. IF we really look at our lives, and, our past living, we will see how God is working on us for our present and where He wants us to go in the future, it is there, He will tell us too, IF we ask Him, and, sometimes, the answer to where we've been and where we are now brings sad, crocodile tears to our eyes, for we know, that although with Him were making decisions, sometimes, quite lukewarm in nature, and, God taught us that we MUST make decisions ALWAYS for Him. Those are lessons of the past learned then, right?

We are then to go forward, differently, having seen where we went and where we are now and the beautiful, hope-full direction that He has for us in the future, letting Him lead. The Lord leads. "...you follow Me." John 21:22.

This, following Him in our lives, as much as we know our Spirit is leading, is sooo important, for not doing that, can take our lives--our years--down paths that are not what IS, rather, 'was,' His best plans for us. However, that all said, staying perfectly in His arms through all our past mistakes and present failures will make God see our heart, see that we are still changeable. Just THANK GOD that you are still alive, that He has chosen you, that you have chosen Him and that your past bad decisions are no reflection of where HIs blood covering that 'bad' will take you to such a good, good, future of a goodness :)

Awesome, Randy :)! It helped me so much to ask to be filled with the Holy Spirit that I try to mention it to others whenever it seems prudent. I'm so glad it helped you so much in your walk with the Lord and in talking to others :).
Perfect love from God casts out all fear(s), shown to us each individually from God himself living in us, and we eventually asdk God to live through us, and when that happens, we are freed from stress, seeing as Paul saw:
Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

We all make mistakes, we're human, that's ordinary, expected, God knows it, and, He just wants us to STAY focused on Him, with faith in Him, realizing our wrongs, confessing our wrongs to Him which He clears so easily because He cleared ALL our sins---past, present, future--on an old rugged cross a little over 2000 years ago.

[video]You risk having your feet not just stepped on in getting your candy this Halloween, but, hard to put this any other way, so, I won't: you risk having your LIFE stepped on. DON'T entertain The Devil on this day, it's NOTHING special, in fact, it's VERY unspecial, it's a day that full horror comes to light with pure joy and KNOW that light can NOT be in darkness. LIGHT can NEVER have any 'fellowship' with DARkNESS, just as Scripture says.

Cherish the old rugged cross until the trophies (He's given you in life) are all laid down, and, exchanged, one day, for a crown

Do you ever...look in the mirror and not even recognize the person looking back at you? I know, what a horribly over-used cliche, but it's over-used for a reason. Sometimes, it's the best way to explain something.

Today, that's the only way I can describe what I feel.

I thought I was okay now...so I let my guard down. Nobody's fault but my own, but still, it happened and now it's my job to fix it, to...I don't even know. Can't be erased, can't be undone.

Life gets weird. Busy, and crazy, and then something happens and I get so wrapped up in it that I often don't realize until too late the kind of damage I'm causing. This time, I hope...I pray...that I am seeing it in time.

I don't want to do what I have to do. If I don't, then I'm the worst kind of hypocrite. If I do...pain.

I can only hope that it's only painful for me.

Maybe, begin to see the difference in Emotions (feelings) being the culprit, over truth that has nothing to do with feelings in the lead
Watch this maybe
John 10:10
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

The thief maybe, is one's emotions, leading (feelings) do emotions know any truth over not truth? Do not emotion predictably respond to whatever is going on in one's mind at the that time?
Go to a scary movie, and when you respond by emotions being scared, that is proof, that emotions do not know right or wrong. So is it emotions (feelings) from thought process in one's mind that control one or not?
How does one change this? I today know of no one that can ever change feelings (emotions)
And so maybe this is why God has said to:
Ephesians 4:23 and be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

Would that not be to ask God to see from God's vantage point?
Change one's thoughts and one's emotions always follow thoughts, and creates feelings that want to be in the lead to kill, steal and destroy over tragedies that happen that happen to us all, here on earth, whether good or bad.
so we thus can learn to see learning truth over errors we have made, seeing our tragedies as being taught to being perfected by God and from God, loving us through all mistakes made

I have a tough call to make, and it's been getting harder and harder to make the call. First things first, though, is maybe I should get my license. Go through driver's ed and stuff. Then take the maneuverability stuff and road test will probably be a breeze. I'm pretty good at driving for a beginner, in my opinion. :p

But as soon as I get my license, well, probably in the spring, I'll go look for a steady income job, that will be able to pay me well enough to get a car before I go off to college. That will make things sooo much simpler for me.
Hoping you will learn this without going through this to act your wage and not your IQ as so many have gone through acting there IQ over their wages and have gotten derailed in debt, which I have experienced, learning the hard way, watch out for the creditors to get you hooked on buying now and paying later, before one knows it, they get trapped into this buying. Hoping you learn from others and not have to go through it yourself.
Be wise and harmless, God leads

I can't...make this compute. I'm sorry, I don't mean to be argumentative, and I really can see your point...but I just...disagree, is all, I guess.
And Sister that is quite okay, we all have things we see, and to me as long as the motive is not to trick, great. I just personally, think God did a great job in making the female, and she has no need to be pretty when she is already. God makes no junk, the world does though, great at creating needs, that is the way of the world, by this need creating, jobs are created, at least that is how they get away with raping the people, using the prosperity Gospel, not the true love from God Gospel.
Everyone could be sufficient and well taken care of, without the Job need issue in creating needs, this could be and will be one day when Christ returns to earth here.

Philippians 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before

You know what one of my wishes and dreams is? To go to Hershey, Pennsylvania, and see that Hershey's Chocolate place there. I just think that'd be AWESOME.

Seek the Kingdom of God first and everything else will be added to you. I've been reflecting on that verse lately and how it relates to my life. I've realized that I've been thinking too much about myself. Trying to make sense of things that maybe aren't supposed to make sense right now. If I keep myself busy in the Lord's business, I'm sure he will take care of me. Everything else will be added to me as he sees fit.

This is a picture of last year on Halloween with my kitten and me (I was dressed as a nurse) and this year, today, on Halloween with the same kitty kat. She grew so big! And I turned into a dog. :) She really didn't want to be held in either picture. I would have painted a dot on my nose for a puppy nose, but I have a cold and have been using tissues left and right, so that would have come off pretty much instantly...

I see. Thanks for the explano, jilly, I think, Birks (Birk ;) ) are like that, too, the different styles have different names, Idk, I just wear'em :D They are the MOST comfortable flip-flops in the world, to me, anyway, just like Crocs are the most comfortable _______ in the world.

Jilly, what would you call a Croc? Fill in the blank? Or, anyone else, but, of course. :D

Hey, jilly, totally unrelated, and, 'course any of the dudegents or miladies can answer: How do you make a taco stand?
Take away it's chair. :D

oh , a second joke: How do you make a sad, sniffling, alligator sadder? Tell it, it has crocodile tears. :D
The ones I posted the pic of, Green, mine, are slides. I can't really wear flip flops; they hurt my toes when they rub against them and won't stay on my feet. Perhaps a very well-made shoe like Birks would work in a flip-flop type for me; I've never tried them.

I can't decide if there are not enough hours in the day, or if there are too many.

Also, if I am going to take a sudden trip down memory lane, I'll have to remember the band-aids.

It's strange that I can go years without thinking of something, and then it sneaks up on me and is still just as vivid as it was when it happened.

Birks are sandals. Get some off ebay for cheap or go big at the Birkenstock store, jilly.
They are highly comfortable, they contour to the shape of your feet. There are many different styles and names, and, doesn't sound nice to be able to answer "What would Jesus wear" question with 'Sandals.' Because, according to the pictures, anyway, sandals are what Jesus wore on Earth :)
A good pair of Birks for you, milady, would be the ones that have ankle strap support. 'Course, now that we are entering fall and colder weather, they won't be quite so comfortable for the toesies. But, chalk this info up as quality review when it gets to be around March or April :)
