I been single five years and still haven't find anyone.
When I joined CC I been talkin to this beautiful girl from another country and I found out she has cousins here in Texas.
So I ask her if she would visit her cousins n me n she said no.
Anyway so I jus move on n didn't care bout her but I been talkin to another woman who lives closer to me.
We been talkin alot and its goin great.
So one day me and her will hangout.

Yes! I'm glad that you've found peace! Praise God, brother! The love of Jesus, as the Bible says, passes the conditional, superficial love of women. One day, I feel, one day I will find those women that are wise, loving, kind, and full of the fruits of the Spirit; those precious gems that stand out among the gravel that we see so much today, a few among a thousand, and they will be reserved for the Christ's nice guys.

I agree, a true christian would not be nasty online or in real life. We are not perfect but we should not belittle others.

Yes I have found peace with my single status, but I still have not overcome my struggle with lust. Best I can do is take baby steps.

To the gents... us girls don't all like the same things! secret we are all a little different but I think humility and love of Jesus is a big start.

Well mykim I've had nasty things said to me by women for as long as I can remember and even from my own mother. I've been told twice that my dna should never enter the gene pool. Pointless comment as I've never wanted kids anyway.

You'll find that a lot of women are ruthless these days. It's not your problem. The porn is however.

You should count your blessings that you've never been involved with a women and been screwed over. I'm sure it has devastated some guys lives which some never fully recover from.

Moral of the story:

Guys are depraved. Women are depraved.

For every guy screwed over by a girl there is a girl screwed over by a guy. There is not one worse than the other.

We cannot point our finger at the other gender. We can accept humanity as fallen, as well as ourselves personally as fallen, and focus on our own walk with Christ and pray/practice our attitudes to be the way His were/are.

But I know there has to be some true, good Christian women out there, there just has to be; women that aren't ruthless or "feministic", women that are sweet, kind, meek and quiet (but not shy), that love the Lord Jesus sincerely, aren't mean, nagging, and argumentative. I feel led to not give up hope in this.

To think like this is to cheapen the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the entire operation of regeneration. "In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother."

If we are forgiven, then let us live like forgiven men. This is the whole of the first epistle of John!

Perhaps he has acted different towards you, but this has been my behavior in my threads. I see no reason as to why I shouldn't ignore him, along with him to which I gave the same recommendation.
