obsessions?

is this thread not about women and teaching in the church?

and theres a homosexual thread on the main page, maybe even 2, i dont know. and i have 1 post in both of them and i went in there 1 time to make the post.

obsession?

i make the comparison in how homosexuals and women act toward the subjects that pertain to them.. which is pretty clear why they act similar.. i mean, they both have similar whoremoans in them and all.... the comparison is pretty canny when you are not a female to be able to look at the situations from outside the box.
Hee hee...whoremoans...lol...sigh. Normally, this wouldn't be something I'd do, but the 'whoremoans' thing got to me. I think you meant hormones. Man, I just keep looking at it. I can't turn away. Okay, putting my grammar police badge away. Carry on. Hee hee hee.

If the basic command in this matter is for the women to remain silent and refrain from speaking, then every question refrain the woman's participation in public worship must be governed by this standard.
why does he say it is a shame for a woman to pray or prophesy without her head coverd and he does not condem her not to prophesy nor pray likewise if the same principle applies to men

The context says nothing about it being in a church setting. However we do read this...

1Co 11:13 Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered?

And we know we should pray in private.
what happens if the woman has no hair ? what is her covering then ?

Matthew 12:36
I tell you, on the day of judgement people will give account for every careless word they speak

Proverbs 10:18
the one who conceals hatred has lying lips, and whoever utters slander is a fool

Psalm 101:5
Whoever slanders his neighbor secretly i will destroy. Whoever has a haughty look and an arrogant heart i will not endure.

James 4:11
Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother speaks evil against the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge.
James 1:26 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this mans religion [is] vain.

Evil spirits are very consistent in that they just can't stop cursing on CC.
why do you lie, praus? why do you slander? why cant you control your anger? why cant you control your tongue?

I have known a few (chemo, etc) and they chose to wear a wig. Why is it a big deal? God says for a women to have her head covered with hair when she prays or prophesies.

You do the math, or, I can. I'll start, 12% of 5758 is roughly 600 WOMEN PASTORS in American Baptist Church alone !! :)

No, HisDaniel, these denominations are not "false," as you say so sadly judging them :( But ,that's not even the point of the graph I posted. The point is that God DOES call women to pastor many churches in USA , not just a few, unless THOUSANDS of women who are pastors in USA today, and, ALL other countries in the world , at least, TEACHING in some capacity constitute 'a few.' You can choose to believe the false lies of 'prohibition' that one poster likes to continuously, insidiously, bring on minds to brainwash. :( Or, you can look at the SEEN truth as well as the UNSEEN truth of God's having CALLED these women to the office of 'pastor' in denominations all over the face of the Earth :)

That's all that's been being said, and, I pray, that you can see the hurt going on in women all over these threads who have been callled to seminary, spent thouSands of dollars on that Godly 'call' of study and now someone tells them that they aren't called by God, they are called by Satan :(

Right? I mean, it's either one or the other, a person cannot SERVE two masters.

How sad, indeed, that someone is OVERRIDING the possible CALL of God on their life to study His Word in a great way so that they can go to a church He sends them to for preaching and teaching of Him .

That's such imperfect perfection to think that you are right when you are so, so wrong in thinking that way, as, indeed, YOU are becoming God when you try to out-think His CALL on a person's life/will/plan that God has INDIVIDUALLY for them.

As long as the woman pastor in a given denomination's church is PRODUCING frui-- people are being saved, urban city programs are flourishing, church congregation numbers increasing, missionaries increasing sent out, etc. ---then THAT woman who is pastoring that CHURCH is leading His progress of His will and can ONLY be being called by God and USED by God as a great vessel of His :)

I haven't seen slander from Praus at all...

We're all witnesses here.

If you take offense to something, maybe you felt it applied to you.

But you've used a slanderous word for describing women and comparing them to homosexuals.

You think God made women with the word you just described?

Are you saying the work of God's hands is made in a way which is similar to homosexuals?

The anger, animosity and hatred that is just spread with such impunity is amazing.

Hello internet. Thanks for showing us how we badly need Jesus.

you couldnt be more wrong in your observation, my friend.

im not judging. its clearly in the scripture that you clearly refuse to acknowledge. would you say God changed His mind? or do you think God is contradicting in His teachings and laws?

or is God the same yesterday, today, tomorrow, and forever.
