Not trying to be mean. But threw most Christians life we walk past other everyday that are sick cripple etc. and don't pray for them. But when it's somebody close to us we pray for them out of fear of losing them and we call it faith. I encourage you to command that cancer out and believe in Gods love for him. Just because we don't see doesn't mean nothing is not happening. I believe in ya brother
You make me cry with hope!! THANK YOU!!

Well My God is just here is another veres You should tell Him dont kill also

[h=3]Deuteronomy 32:39-42[/h]King James Version (KJV)

39 See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.
40 For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever.
41 If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me.
42 I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh; and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy.

:):)
Yet another example of how someone's faith overrides their compassion and decency.

What you donot understand you speake foolishly
No.

If we were discussing kids having awful diseases or people getting killed in ANY OTHER context then no way would someone put smiley faces about it. It would be regarded as a disgrace.

But somehow it seems acceptable to do it when god is mentioned. That is why faith overrides compassion and decency.

The physical miracles were used to show He had the power and authority to forgive.
Carry this a little farther...

Healing is forgiveness of sin...

Joh 9:1 And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth.
Joh 9:2 And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?
Joh 9:3 Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.

Notice Christ did not correct them or rebuke them for attributing physical infirmity to sin, He simply stated that in this case it was for a great purpose. (has to do with Mat 13 and those who are given to understand and those who are not)

Jas 5:14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
Jas 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

Here, healing is plainly linked to forgiveness of sin.

Anybody have any testimonies of them healing the sick. Like in Walmart or the mall or where ever?
He came to heal all, and in the physical was the lead to the Spiritual and was shown after the resurrection at the day of Pentecost
One can be healed in flesh and still be dead in Spirit
For he healed Ten Lepers and afterward only one came back. And he said to that one you are now whole why?
Where did the other nine go, carousing the neighborhoods to the local bar and get drunk all in joy, but just a temporal Joy?
What is better, healthier, in the flesh or in the Spirit of God through Christ?

3 John 2,4,Beloved, I wish (I desire, I pray),above allthings that thou mayest prosper and be inhealth, even as thy soul prospereth. I have nogreater joy than to hear that my children walkin truth.
