I share the scriptures later. The Sabbath was for the Jews. We as Gentials had no hope. Christ tore down the middle wall between us make us one in Christ. Bottom line is that the Old Law has been done away. In Matt. 5 we are told that if we are are angry at our bother we have already killed him. You have heard said of old time that and man shall not kill. But, I/Christ say whoever is angry at his brother has killed him already. Same is true with Adultry, You have heard said of old time that a man shall not comitt Adultry, But I/Christ says who so ever looks at a woman has committed Adultry alrady in his heart. Fact is one is not focusing of Yah when they are working, going to school, mowing the lawn, driving, cooking, doing dishes, laundry, etc. 0%, 5%, or 99% focus is not 100% focus.
