Actually, I was a groomsman for a close friend in March. When they were choosing music, I suggested the Throne Room for the retreat. My buddy, a HUGE Star Wars fan, said he liked the idea, but didn't think his fiancee would go for it. I said, "What's the harm in asking? You know it would totally work." So he asked, and played it for her, and she felt it would be perfect.

I was proud of my little contribution. Since it opens with a pretty derivative fanfare, no one in the congregation recognized it until the main trumpet theme. My best friend Steve, on the other hand, also serving as a groomsman next to me, started laughing uncontrollably when he heard the first four notes. ^_^

I love canon in D. We use the version of O'Neill Brothers for the entourage. A friend willingly played the violin for us. Given a chance to get married again, I wouldn't mind to go through all the stress again, it was all worth it. :D

I would probably choose Group1crew ,,Mr. & Mrs.". This song is soo suitable for wedding! And also I like it a lot! When I hear this song I can almost imagine how everything should look like :D Can't wait when that day will come!

Rascal Flatts - God Bless the Broken Road

I feel my life has been a journey and strongly believe should God place a man in my life, he (the man) will have traveled a road as well, bringing him through experiences, lessons, maturity as well. That road, traveled by the two of us, will have been blessed/ordained of God. Thank God for that Broken Road.
