Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy
8–11 “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days you shall labor, and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God. On it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your male servant, or your female servant, or your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates. For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.
12–15 “‘Observe the Sabbath day, to keep it holy, as the LORD your God commanded you. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God. On it you shall not do any work, you or your son or your daughter or your male servant or your female servant, or your ox or your donkey or any of your livestock, or the sojourner who is within your gates, that your male servant and your female servant may rest as well as you. You shall remember that you were a slave in the land of Egypt, and the LORD your God brought you out from there with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. Therefore the LORD your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day.

these are the old testament commandments.
If you read the new commandments that born again christian speak like love your neighbor THEY are in the old testament commandments if you read them
1 you should not have any other Gods befor me means exactly what it says it means i am your farther the only one and it also that you should love your farther with all your heart
you shall not bear false witness against your neighbor is the same as you shall love your neighbor.
Maybe the people did not fully understand this back then and so now we have Jesus in the new testament explaining what that is The God of the new testament is the same God as the old,
And if you love your father you will keep his commandments it can be done Paul did it many people where freed in the new testament, And many people strive to do it even me,
The bible clearly tells us that the rebellious don't receive the spirit ? what does this mean it means that if you dont have a sincere heart to put away the old you don't receive the Grace,
