Many cults begin with someone who's intelligent and passionate but has their own agenda and no-one to keep them accountable. Yes, God doesn't call the qualified but qualifies the called. Still, a person needs to be accountable to both God and his people. And if you're going to be a pastor, that means training at seminary and having godly mentors. It means studying God's Word individually and with others, praying regularly, serving people - all kinds, and that's just the beginning. There needs to be intense humility, and a desire to engage with the world to bring God's Truth to the lost. To listen to others and facilitate, not have your own way, but God's way. To be a great leader, you have to be able to be a great follower. I'm not saying you're the sort who's going to start a cult or something but many of your posts do give me pause about your motivation for creating a church.
Tintin, for a long time I've known you weren't fond of me. I've posted 1300 times and I've seen you *liking mostly posts that directly oppose my statements. Out of 1300 posts not one time have I had an alert that says you've liked one. Where did I first go wrong with you? where do I continually go wrong with you?
