Probably one of the most practical things you can do...
Hi all
This is my first posting to the site - I would have posted sooner, but it took a while for my account to be approved.
I used to have anxiety when it came to talking to women - especially those whom I perceived to be attractive to me. I didn't like being in groups, and when I did make an effort to speak to women, I wasn't at all at ease, so the whole experience wasn't a positive one.
I had been interested in psychology and the like, so began exploring the books on self-improvement (self-help) in the bookshops I knew in London, as well as buying dozens of books online - working with different techniques to improve this aspect of my life, but without success.
Finally I came across a book titled "The Sedona Method," which lead to me working on many things, and resulted in all social and relationship anxiety disappearing completely. Now I am able to look women in the eye, communicate, flirt outragiously even; and every encounter is enjoyable. When it comes to the skills of relationships - I am gradually learning and making up for lost time.
I should just clarify that I am still a virgin, haven't kissed a women on the lips yet (shock, horror!) and 32 years old. If it's in God's will for me to meet a lady who is suitable/compatible/ideal for me, then great! If it's in God's will for me to remain single for some reason unknown to me, that is fine too.
I don't actually use The Sedona Method anymore (I outgrew it), but I can recommend it to resolve any emotional issues surrounding things in life.
