He has a very positive attitude.
He knows what he's doing no matter what his political views are.
He always has an answer proving himself to those who say and have said that "He has no experience"....
He's Christian.
Its nice to see and know that there will be a different face on the wall of presidents besides the same 43 presidents of the past.
Even though I come from a family of Republicans we all still pray for our president regardless to the fact that his political views are different from my parents. They excepted it and moved on..
It's probably just me but I think that stuff like this doesn't just happen.
I sure wasn't expecting this for this year but I'm ready for his change, and I'm glad to say that Barack Obama is my new president.

I dont care what anyone says ppl can have a MILLION and ONE facts about y he shouldnt be president
and they might be really good facts too but I dont care.

Yes, deciding to close the prisons in guatanamo bay even though he has no idea where he'll put the prisoners definitely demonstrates how well he knows what he's doing.

Well I agree with this statement. I don't support President Obama's views, and I pray for his safety. I am not one of those crazies that hopes President Obama will get attacked by the KKK.

I'm not sure what Obama's becoming president signifies, but I'm hoping that America won't go to hades in a handbasket during President Obama's term. I'm not particularly over-joyed to say Obama is my president, but he won the election fair enough so I'm not going to hate him for it.

i think obama is cool. i mostly like him because of his love of sports. thats what makes a good president!
i dont think because he is african american that he himself should be treated any different as a president. however it should say something about us as a country that we are going places in the right direction. so as much as it is annoying that everyone is like WOOOOO he is awesome just because he is african american, i think it is positive for us as a country and hopefully he will pull through!

The younger generation seems to be swept away by him. I pray for Obama everyday. I pray he gets saved and has a total 360 with his stands.

Yes.....I can not stand by with the stands he takes....as goes the US so goes Canada.....we tend to follow in everything.

From what I can gather of President Obama's political beliefs, it frightens me and I pray that he will not turn out to be as liberal a president as it seems he'll be.

I see things pretty much the same way as Kendall. I mean whats done is done. there is no use complaining about it unless you plan on DOING something about it. cuz personally im sick of hearing ppl complain and rant about things and not DO anything. and i mean so we have this guy as our president and you may not like him but you can still pray for him that he might be used to do Gods will and such.
so if you are worried about what he is doing then be ACTIVE about it, because complaining will do nothing at all. and dont forget to pray for him cuz God loves him too!

i agree with you on the other point! First of all he's half white and half black.

Secondly, because he's dark skinned....if you disagree with him...you are a racist! I think it's ridiculous how they are alwayz pulling the race card now. It makes me ill.

Do you understand what an example is or do I need to define it for you? The OP said President Obama is a Christian. I simply pointed out that Hitler was supposedly a Jew, and look how that turned out. It's not what one says one is, but how one acts that determines who one truly is.

No it isn't. I'm mulatto, so I take offense to the fact that a mulatto man pretended to be black just to win votes. I mean seriously, is he embarassed of his white mother? By saying he is solely black he is shutting the door on half of his heritage, and saying to all of us other mulattos that being black is better than being mulatto. It's a real slap in the face.

And it would be ridiculous to hate a man I don't even know personally. I might not like what he represents, but that does not mean I hate him.

Oh my gosh and again HITLER doesnt have anything to do with him rather its example or not, Hitler was a very evil messed up man who committed suicide. NOTHING TO DO WITH OBAMA!
And I know what a freakin example is calm down..my gosh.
And he NEVER said blacks are better than muattos he made it pretty clear in his speech that he favors all races, dont get so defensive and take that personally and to heart. ......Especially because he NEVER said " Oh hey Im better than mulattos, and I deny my mother"....haha u know thats SOOO made up I dont care what u say, haha thats funny.

God HATES abortion. Obama stands up for it. Obama brings some rotten fruit, not the fruit of a saving faith in Christ.
