Read the whole thing. Read my responses just above this to some of the other posters.
That all men will be judged by works is in Rom 1:7, and Rev 20:13.
Of course. All will be judged but not all will be saved.

and you neglect to read (or at least comprehend) verse 15 of Rev 20.

How does Rom 1:7 have to do with this?!?

Romans 1:7 To all those in Rome who are loved by God and called to be saints:
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.
(2 Corinthians 5:20)

wherewith should we "be reconciled" if all are already reconciled?
the reconciliation is there, and is not of our own, but unless we believe on Him, and take it up, it is not in us.
You missed the whole context of those verses. vs 18-19 is Christ reconciling the world to God. That is the gift. Given to all men.
Because we were reconciled to God, now God can call all men to repentance which we do by faith. The latter is not possible without the former. This is whole reason Christ came because man could not save himself from death and sin. But God did save you to a relationship, that is your choice and for every human being.

sry Cass, but I gotta mute you.
'Pearls to swine' and all that.

The Gospel is not the baptism of John, but the sacrifice of Christ.
If you reject the Gospel, how can I continue to waste words.

If a seeker reads the words of this thread, they will see the Gospel, and see the opposition to the Gospel. The Spirit will lead them away from the deception, and to the Word.

Peace

Sorry, meant Rom 2:7. However, v 15 just confirms those that believe whose names are written in the book of life will NOT be condemned. Same as John 3:18-21.

That surely is your free choice. Many men have rejected the Gospel of Christ. That you don't even understand it is even worse.

Please state your point.
Those that believe will NOT be condemned. Those that believe not have already been condemned. What was so difficult about that?

What is the definition of "believe". What was it translated from and what was its original intent based on the words used?

offered to all men. if the gift received of everyone, what use is spreading the gospel? to what are we called to, for what are we chosen? what are we saved from and unto, or baptized into, if one fate and one promise is to all, whether they receive it or not?
He said "
many are called but few are chosen"

why does Paul say aso in the same letter:

Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness? What accord has Christ with Belial? Or what portion does a believer share with an unbeliever? What agreement has the temple of God with idols?
(2 Corinthians 6:14-16)

so there is a division, and a distinction made between those who believe & receive this gift, and those that do not. there is wheat and there are tares, sheep and goats, - and though reconciliation has been made for all, and freely offered, only those who by faith embrace it and are embraced in it are justified by it.

if Ford issues a recall notice for all its vehicles, and offers a free repair for some defective part -- its only those cars that are brought in to the dealer that are repaired, not every one.
we've all been given a ticket for a free ride, but if we don't get on that train, ticket or not, we'll be left standing at the station.

It means to believe in Christ. It means to be willing to enter into a relationship with Christ. A relationship built on love and obedience as each believer works out his salvation in becoming perfected, conformed to the Image of Christ. to be made holy, blameless before Him.

You are being saved from the fall which was death and sin. You were saved so that each individual could work with God in perfecting himself. God is not saving you for no reason. He created you for a reason, and when man lost life, it precluded God ever having union with man. Christ redeemed the world from death and sin so you can freely choose life or death spiritually. Christ removed the condemnation of Adam for all men, so each could have the same opportunity to choose as did Adam in the beginning.

How can God call a man to union with HIm for an eternity if man does not even have an eternal existence?

Christ did what man could not, so that God and man could fulfil the created purpose of God creating man. What is so complex about this?

the spreading of the Gospel is for your personal salvation. You are NOT saving yourself from death and sin. You were saved so that you could be perfected as a human being.

Is the English language so difficult for some of you, let alone the Greek.

Your answer lies in II Cor 5:18-21. There are TWO reconciliations taking place. Every reconciliation has two parties.
First, Christ is reconciling the world, redeeming the world, justifying the world back to God.
Secondly, because He did, man can now reconcile, justify himself to God by faith.
What is so hard in understanding that?

I gave you three examples of the very same contrast, yet you stumble all over the place.

Not quite. All cars were faulty, all cars where called in, All cars were made righteous, correct.
Now you need to use the car as it was meant to be used. Not using it does one no good.

No, every man will still have the gift, the repaired car no matter what one does. use it or not use it.

The Great White Throne of Judgement is for all human beings. All the dead will be raised. All the dead will stand in judgement. All men will give an account of their works. We will NEVER give an account of our faith. Faith of itself is meaningless. Faith must have evidence. Thus we are saved through our faith, a living productive faith. If we are faithful we shall inherit eternal life with Christ.
Great White Throne is for those who decided to go through life by their own plan. They will be judged by their works...not one will pass. During this period there already have been saints in heaven singing and worshipping God.
