New things, if they are true usually means something once thought true was actually false.

SO it is not a pleasant experience...at first, but when time passes and the truth is FULLY discovered it truly sets one free.

Odd you should bring that up. I told my husband the other day
it seems everyone is angry. Everywhere we go, someone is yelling
at someone. That evening on the news it was brought up that more
people are angry today than ever. They showed a man in his car
sitting up proper, looking straight ahead. A younger man was out
side the car yelling at the driver and was in a rage. I don't know
the outcome. But it proved my point. In my opinion the demons
are loose. More than ever have been.

Terrible, but we know the closer Messiah's return gets the worse it will be.

People too often believe they know it all. They have new things to learn but are resistant. How can we grow without learning new things?

I think a lot of people are frightened. Sometimes we need to be brave and be their friends.

I have learned that learning something I believe to be true is actually false IS A GOOD THING, because if I believe truth is true and it is, that is impossible, but if falsehood is exposed that means I am free from a lie.

I had someone tell me the modern holidays were not Scriptural but rater of pagan origin, I cast this person aside as crazy, but I eventually looked into it, wow, I was freed from a lie and was able to then find truth. There is much more to it than that, but you get the principle.

Anyway, now I thank that person. For Yahweh used then to show me. Praise Yahweh, for He guides us!

At the rate I am going today I think everyone better have their armor on. LOL.
I am heading for my room to read devotions and am reading John McTernan book,
As America Does to Israel. I might get it done before the Lord returns.
Good night ~

Hello Dan... I am baaaack. Hey to you and all who have followed this. Have
something to share what happened today.

My husband and I were in Wal-Mart shopping for groceries and oh my gosh
it was packed. We usually go at 7:30 AM on Fridays. But today we had to go
later. I could not understand why it was so crowded. Then it dawned on me..
DUH !! It is first of the month.

Okay, crowded aisles, right ? Carts trying to maneuver around one another.
This one lady and my husband were having to constantly pass one another and
it was becoming funny because invariably we would end up meeting in an aisle.
Finally she said this is like dancing. We shop some more and once again I ran
into her and laughed and said," We are determined to dance, aren't we ?" She
laughed and said it looked like it. Then she said something unexpected....

"You know it is so nice to run into someone pleasant. " She commented how
so many are not so pleasant. I told her about this topic. How people are
so angry with one another any more. I thought about this Thread after
she and I talked, and it was actually more pleasant to have to dodge
people while we finished our shopping. Okay, my husband doesn't think
like I do. LOL..... He .... well he doesn't like crowds ..... I prefer to be
home... Oh but I told the lady, we usually are there at 7:30 in the morn.
And I can't say I would be so pleasant at that hour.... So see, I am not
a saint... LOL. It was a pleasant day in the Lord.

Hi Dan... Bye ....... and to all ..... a blessed week end. ~J~K ~2

This is a very good observation. We live in an age that's full of anger and a lack of self control. No wonder we get so many tragic news stories of mass murders and children shooting/stabbing one another in school.

I suppose you are referring to the forum?

the biggest attacks I see are topics where there seem to be scriptures that support both sides. People have their views pretty entrenched about certain subjects and before you know it, anyone who disagrees or shows a group of Scriptures that seem to say something different, then someone is labeled a heretic.

I will staunchly speak out about something that completely contradicts the Bible. For instance if someone says adultery is ok, I will adamantly stand against it, because there are no scriptures that would even hint at supporting it.

However, I am always amazed at the amount of anger shown towards other Christians who have different views on free will, predestination, healing, etc where we see a multitude of scriptures sometimes showing different things.

Skipp, don't you think a lot of it is not just from the media, and video games,
even the adults are poor examples. Children hear parents yelling, or maybe
in the car the driver is yelling impatiently at another? Children learn by watching
us too.
One time my husband and I met our daughter and her daughter in another State
to visit and shop. My granddaughter was like 5 or so, and she was in our car.
We were behind her Mom. A man was riding my daughters bumper and it provoked
my husband to anger. He ( my husband) blew his horn at the man and showed him
a not so nice finger gesture. I was like ... Honey, NOOO. Your granddaughter
is in the car.

Okay, so we get to the Mall area and we had gotten out of hearing from my
husband and my granddaughter said, "Mommy, Pappa showed some man the
bad finger." Oh my gosh... You have to understand. My daughter is married
to a Youth Pastor, and all my Granddaughter knew was only the good things
Christians do. LOL..... I had to tell my husband she told her mommy on him.
He felt bad a little. But it sort of is a macho thing...Well, he said, "the man
should not have been riding her bumper." Do you think maybe anger management
might be needed ?

I used to think it was odd people took anger management classes. But, I am
ashamed to say, I think I understand why. But it is far worse than ever as
you know. I don't know how the Peace of Christ can rest upon even, angry
Pastors or Christians. It takes determination to be like Christ doesn't it?

Seriously I do believe demonic activity is stronger than ever because the
Church does not teach we are fighting "spiritual warfare" now. And when
you add the Government of USA messing with the lives of people and taking
away what we have known, and adding burdens on us, it all adds up, don't
you think ?
Thank you for your input too. It is good to know how to each of us deal
with our anger moments. Then forgive and try learn to understand one another.
WE have to live together in Heaven.. No fussing up there. God bless.

I agree with you. I could not have said it better. What must God
think when we see people use His Word to battle each others view ?

I too, will stand firm in what His Word says. We must not try to
change it to fit our likes or dislikes. But treat it with reverence.
God must be revered. God bless you ~ J~ K~2

It would seem that anger is the only emotion many people are capable of expressing. It has become a replacement for feeling/expressing most other emotions other than the "feel good" ones. If they are sad, they lash out. If they are frustrated, they go into a rage. If someone makes a mistake, they go on the attack....I agree....the demons are loosed.

Satan mainly concentrates on the believers. The non believers are not much work. Apart from getting believer to drift away from worshipping one God, one of Satans top goals is to break up families of believers. That is why in the OT adultery was such a big sin. It is part of the cultural and a badge of honour for some now. One of the top google searches are on how to commit adultery. Satan also targets judges and leaders whether they are believers or not because corrupt judges and leaders, corrupt society.

Not always, his methods vary...

2 Corinthians 11:13-15 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.

I think it is because we are a society of individuals, all going their individual way. God designed us as family members and parts of a community. Everyone today lives at least partially separated from the support and love that is the earthly representation of Christ, of putting on Christ in our life in the world. Even Godly marriage is rare, even in long term marriages where two become one and establish a loving family.
