Relative to our faith relationship in Scripture there is NEVER a verb that says what you are paraphrasing, Having been saved, or saved.
YOu can keep saying it but scripture does not support your understanding.
You have even coined a new word, counterfeit faith, which does not exist in scripture.
Find the text, then we will talk.

Cassian, there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to discuss, my beliefs are ROCK SOLID BUILT ON THE ROCK HIMSELF. I do not post here to see if there is anything to the reasoning of those who disagree with me, I ALREADY KNOW BETTER, BECAUSE I KNOW HIM, and the HOLY SPIRIT in me is my teacher. The main reason I give any time at all to you, is primarily to correct the ERRORS in what you falsely claim we believe. I am not about to be swayed to your way of thinking. I believe what HE said in HIS WORD literally and always will. You apparently will always believe it is okay to rationalize why it does not mean what it literally says. You always mean something totally different by the term SAVED than I do or ever will. Until we can agree on the definition of SAVED, it is an exercise in futility that I have grown very tired of.
Luke 7:50 (HCSB)
[SUP]50 [/SUP] And He said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.”
Luke 8:12 (HCSB)
[SUP]12 [/SUP] The seed along the path are those who have heard and then the Devil comes and takes away the word from their hearts, so that they may not believe and be saved.
Acts 15:11 (NIV)
[SUP]11 [/SUP] No! We believe it is through the grace of our Lord Jesus that we are saved, just as they are."
Romans 8:24 (NIV)
[SUP]24 [/SUP] For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has?
1 Corinthians 15:1-2 (NKJV)
[SUP]1 [/SUP] Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand,
[SUP]2 [/SUP] by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you--unless you believed in vain.
2 Corinthians 2:15 (ASV)
[SUP]15 [/SUP] For we are a sweet savor of Christ unto God, in them that are saved, and in them that perish;
Ephesians 2:5 (ASV)
[SUP]5 [/SUP] even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace have ye been saved),
Ephesians 2:8 (ASV)
[SUP]8 [/SUP] for by grace have ye been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God;
2 Timothy 1:8-9 (ASV) [SUP]8 [/SUP] Be not ashamed therefore of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but suffer hardship with the gospel according to the power of God;
[SUP]9 [/SUP] who saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before times eternal,
Like I said I know I am SAVED and I know I will always be SAVED, NOT because of what I DID, but because of what HE DID. There is NOTHING TO DISCUSS ANY MORE, both of us are just repeating ourselves.
Counterfeit Faith certainly is discussed in the BIBLE. Many call intellectually acknowledging that the stories about Jesus are true, as FAITH. Even the demons acknowledge that much about JESUS. So it is a Counterfeit Faith. Genuine Faith is a gift from GOD, and involved the Holy Spirit entering our hearts, bringing us to KNOW Jesus Christ, establishing a personal relationship with HIM as LORD; as the HOLY SPIRIT brings our once dead human spirit to become Eternally Alive.
Here are some verses that compare Genuine Faith to a Counterfeit Faith.
Matthew 7:13-16 (NASB)
[SUP]13 [/SUP] "Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it.
[SUP]14 [/SUP] "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it.
[SUP]15 [/SUP] "Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.
[SUP]16 [/SUP] "You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they?
Matthew 7:22-27 (NASB)
[SUP]22 [/SUP] "Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?'
[SUP]23 [/SUP] "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.'
[SUP]24 [/SUP] "Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them, may be compared to a wise man who built his house on the rock.
[SUP]25 [/SUP] "And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and yet it did not fall, for it had been founded on the rock.
[SUP]26 [/SUP] "Everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand.
[SUP]27 [/SUP] "The rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and slammed against that house; and it fell—and great was its fall."
Matthew 25:41-46 (NASB)
[SUP]41 [/SUP] "Then He will also say to those on His left, 'Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels;
[SUP]42 [/SUP] for I was hungry, and you gave Me nothing to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me nothing to drink;
[SUP]43 [/SUP] I was a stranger, and you did not invite Me in; naked, and you did not clothe Me; sick, and in prison, and you did not visit Me.'
[SUP]44 [/SUP] "Then they themselves also will answer, 'Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not take care of You?'
[SUP]45 [/SUP] "Then He will answer them, 'Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.'
[SUP]46 [/SUP] "These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life."
1 John 2:18-20 (ESV)
[SUP]18 [/SUP] Children, it is the last hour, and as you have heard that antichrist is coming, so now many antichrists have come. Therefore we know that it is the last hour.
[SUP]19 [/SUP] They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us. But they went out, that it might become plain that they all are not of us.
[SUP]20 [/SUP] But you have been anointed by the Holy One, and you all have knowledge.
Matthew 13:24-30 (ASV)
[SUP]24 [/SUP] Another parable set he before them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man that sowed good seed in his field:
[SUP]25 [/SUP] but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares also among the wheat, and went away.
[SUP]26 [/SUP] But when the blade sprang up and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.
[SUP]27 [/SUP] And the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst thou not sow good seed in thy field? whence then hath it tares?
[SUP]28 [/SUP] And he said unto them, An enemy hath done this. And the servants say unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up?
[SUP]29 [/SUP] But he saith, Nay; lest haply while ye gather up the tares, ye root up the wheat with them.
[SUP]30 [/SUP] Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of the harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather up first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them; but gather the wheat into my barn.
1 John 2:3-5 (ASV)
[SUP]3 [/SUP] And hereby we know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
[SUP]4 [/SUP] He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him;
[SUP]5 [/SUP] but whoso keepeth his word, in him verily hath the love of God been perfected. Hereby we know that we are in him:
