A more fitting analogy would be putting a child in a room of bread with poison in the middle, telling the child not to eat the poison for the reason that they shall die, then a dragon tricks the child to eat the poison using 3 lies and thence afterwards everything in the room and the room itself begins to die.

Yes, well, original sin creates a bias to go against the 'Thou shalt nots'.

I think you have a glitch. Don't you see....in order to have perfect love, the ability to choose had to be given. What difference does it make if he knew what they would choose? To me, that only speaks to His glory and perfection. Do you want want a robot wife? A robot wife is only 3 steps above an inflatable.

If it wasn't intended God is imperfect.

Nay, for God is perfect and made everything perfect. Perhaps what is imperfect is the intention of the created.

EDIT: In fact for the fact God said not to eat of the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, and even bluntly stated that if you do you will die, shows God's intention was not for man to die. And think upon the fact that God did not wipe out the Creation that turned on him right then and there, but is long-suffering towards us that no man might perish.

That to me would be the life Christians seem to be expecting if we lived in a world without bad.

That's what we are expecting. Haha. Christ is our redeemer. He conquered sin and death. The believer in Christ is a citizen of heaven. Unfortunately we still live in a fallen world but the harvest is coming.

Now you made God a liar in some fashion. Compassionate, but saying one thing and doing another is still a lie. An empty threat, which is still a lie.

Oh ok, so it's bad for me to want a robot wife, but good for you?

Nay for anyone can tell thee that a robot is dead all ready. All that is evil is dead all ready. Christians seek life. Only God have the power to bestow the gift of life. God is the only one with the Right to send one down to the nethers and to bring them back up. And this is but a little thing for God to do for He is the Almighty.

In what way has God lied? Do you think God will not destroy the Creation, all evil, and even death one day? Do you think God will not save all the righteous and Jesus shall lead them to the waters of life?

I want a wife who loves me cuz she wants too and is her own distinct lovely personality....and I have one.

You are missing my point lol. Re-read our last few posts again, I think you're overlooking something.

I truly believe that Jesus was the plan before God said, "Let there be Light". So, the fall was intended. Sin was intended to increase so that grace could be given to all. I know that this troubles some, but ultimately, each one of us is responsible for his own actions. I think, pozessed, you are taking it too far. God gave us free will. Although, I will agree that God does direct things. This does not mean that we are puppets and are excused from our sins. And it also does not mean that God forces us to do things and then will punish us for it anyway.

He said Adam and Eve will die, they didn't. He knows everything. So now, He lied or is imperfect because He does not know everything.

I don't think we are puppets either. I think sin is good, without sin we don't understand good. Granted, I want to do good, but I understand without bad we can't know good. If we didn't know good we couldn't know love, if we didn't know love, we wouldn't know God.

You are falling in a trap and polluting your mind with unneeded speculations....put away all of that and put on the mind of Christ.

Adam and Eve did die. They began to die the moment they ate the forbidden fruit.

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. Gen 2:17

They didn't die that day, and I doubt God's perception of time after the Earth orbited the sun was any different than ours now.
