ok next think thats causes un settles stomach and bad digestion is caffeine ,, tea coffee,,

try this

and this

Try these two thing wheat free and caffeine free the bread is delicious and the tea is beautiful,,

many doctor will test people for a wheat allergy but it always come back as no for most people,, but what the test can not test is the bodies ability to digest the stuff if your body has food in it everyday that it can not digest properly,, then other foods that you also eat become a problem.. you digestive system gets messed from one food and can not break down important enzymes in other food because of that

verry important when your digestive system fails to break down enzymes in certain foods ,, your body is in a whole lot of trouble,,(migraines dizziness short breathless,,, anxiety ,, depression,,indigestion,, heart burn,,no energy,, but just removing two things like wheat and caffeine,, your more than likely going to be OK,,, things that will improve are increased awareness ,, better brain activity,, very important for kids, a better concentration,, no fatigue tiredness. better stool movements IE solid not runny.. better performance in sport,, the list endless.. as we know lack of concentration can be a really bad thing ,, and in thees last two weeks after being in this new diet,, wow i cant believe it,, thank-you Scotland for genius bread :) you see that in our earth is not all bad,,there is good that comes from the earth amen

Let's see. Multiple mis-spellings, repeated double and triple punctuation marks, run on sentences, lack of capitalization, and ending a sales pitch with amen. Most of these are easily cured with a quick trip thru the spell checker. So what I'm seeing here is laziness coupled with a lack of care for correctness, all in a dialog evidently aimed at God not us. All I'm saying is that if this is your standard for quality control, I don't hold high hopes for your products, which I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be sales-pitching here in the first place.

Maybe you should try and speak Zinzerio's language and see how you perform. At least he is trying to communicate with you but you see yourself as high and mighty and looking for errors in his communication. I bet you do not have the knowledge that he has on nutrition. Get off your high horse and say thanks to him for trying to educate you.

Uh yeah. Sorry but I don't speak the language of 4th grade babel. Nor am I impressed by an 'expert' who can't be bothered to check his work. Makes me wonder if he bothers to check his products any more carefully. Kinda like, do you really trust a mechanic who drives a piece of junk? And you really have no idea what knowlege I have on nutrition, so while I'm climbing off my horse, you do likewise.

Thanks Zin for the education.

Harvest what you sow is what you reap. The human body what it is given is what it will reap. The body the soul the mind are all connected. the body will reap what it eats every 2 and half hours after it eats.

The sower sows the word, the seed of the word is what you plant, just like your food intake if you plant the right food it will reap its reward, the wrong food planted by the individual will reap destruction.

The body does not like the the wrong food that is not beneficial to yourself. When indigestion strikes it is like a person who attacks with intent to cause destruction you can choose to do something about it in the right way or the wrong way.

How the individual responds at this point depends upon a few factors, number 1 how much good seed they have already planted from good knowledge planted through the word or planted from a caring person.

When the Body has a lack of nutrition or comatized from bad food or drugs or alcohol and does not have much politeness from Good word seeds the body is more prone to regurgitating all sorts of nasty words and impoliteness not to mention bad manners like burping trumping and bad breath.

Politeness can come from a person who is impolite but it can take time.
A person who is being polite to another person even know that person is not being polite back But that does not stop the person with good seeds being polite, the polite person carries on to be polite to the impolite person. And slowly over time the impolite person starts to be polite back.

The impolite person who has now become polite before they became polite all they knew was poor diet and never knew how to get the best nutrition, all they knew was impoliteness and bad manners. all they knew was fowl language but thanks to the polite person who persevered, they helped that person onto the road of recovery.

So when agendas come along, all you have to say is i never did mind the little things. Amen and God bless time for almond milk smoothie.

I agree, what we put in our bodies physically represents our spiritual growth. When we obey we are representing our spiritual self.

In the OT, God explains that one of His principles is to not change how He creates things. God does this by telling people to not mix things together that He didn't create to be mixed. Of course that is not mixing woman and woman or man and man, but also not to even mix linen and wool. We are not to follow God legalistically, but in spirit and truth.
We are to use common sense and balance, but when we change the food God creates drastically, we are going too far against His principles. It is going too far to process and reprocess our grains. It is going too far to create our boxed foods where you just add water, etc. It is going too far when we create oils with refining and adding chemicals instead of pressing. It is going too far when we create our chickens and eggs by penning them so they never walk on ground or eat what God made them to eat. etc.

so in other word linen and wool is like mixing fat with acid.

This has been a massive study for me, its amazing what you can do with food. personally for the next week i am going on a steamed and boiled only week. I might treat my self to a NICE grilled peace of sirloin steak and see how i go on so look forward to that one. But only after a view days without any grilled meat.
