After WW1, Germany was bankrupt.

I think the awful Hitler was stationed at Wervicq-Sud in WW1.

The bankrupt might be the explanation, yes.
And it could be Hitler was stationed there, i don't know. I just know he didn't really fought.

France!!

I've visited Marseille before, but we only spent roughly 6 hours there since it was one of our ports. I would love to go back and explore the beautiful country, once again. :)

Oh, and Scotland is another country I desire to visit. I really want to visit the Loch Ness (Because secretly I just want Nessie to be real).

Did you see the Old Port? the Francochamp palace? the ornate railroad station steps?

I hear Canada is beautiful!
It really is beautiful. I loved my time there. I did have to laugh, for some reason people there really liked my southern accent:p

The English accent in Canada is a bit different sometimes; it can vary from Canadian to Canadian rather than from area to area.

You should here our Newfoundlander fellow citizens, though; now that accent is different! :)

Yes, my friend did tell me that the accents do vary from area to area just like in the states. I have the southern belle accent going on since I live in Arkansas:)

French Canadians can sound different again, but their first language isn't English anyway. Some French Canadians such as Pierre Elliott Trudeau spoke English better than anyone. :) He sounded like he had just emerged from Buckingham Palace, England...

Sarah: I've been to Sweden, btw. The rocky coast near Gothenburg is impressive. So why do you like the idea of Sweden?

Blessings.
Luxembourg is a small country, but I like it a lot. There is much variety: Luxembourg City is a European capital with many fine buildings, a long history and scenic, urban valleys and bridges, and a Grand Ducal palace. Luxembourgers are usually trilingual in French, German and Letzebuergesch. The east borders the scenic Moselle Valley; the north has many hills with forests; there are numerous castles in the country.
