You and me both.
If we say that we have not sinned, we are fooling ourselves, and the truth isn't in our hearts. But if we confess our sins to God, he can always be trusted to forgive us and take our sins away - 1 John 1:8-9
Identify what's tempting you; that shouldn't be too hard. Next, avoid situations that may cause you to be tempted. I know thinking back on my past, I felt pretty guilty and angry when I'd fail. I learned soon enough that if I wasn't strong enough to resist the temptation, then I could be smart about it and not put myself in situations where I could potentially be tempted.
Unfortunately, there's no sure-way instant fix to temptation. Temptation itself isn't a sin. Jesus was tempted, but he didn't sin because he didn't give in to it. And only use positive words when you think about it in your mind. Think I CAN do this, I WILL do this -- with God. Pray to him every night and ask for the strength to resist. Read the word he gave to us which has many excellent stories and examples in it to help us.
At the end of the day, you're going to have to suck it up and be a man. You, yourself, have to find the will to resist the Devil and his tricks of persuasion. The temptation never goes away, because we are human, but like all things with time it will ease.
