Oh snap, I'd have been losing my mind! Last week, I agreed to take the kids to the zoo with my ex, and we also went to an aquarium...tons of people...I was terrified any time I didn't have hold of my son's hand. And then my daughter had swallowed a sliver of wood a couple weeks ago...I didn't know what was wrong with her until it um, passed through.
Kids are scary.

I don't have kids, and I probably won't have to worry about it for a while...
But I was one of those kids. We went to Dolly-Wood (Big amusement park in Tennessee). And at one place, A train was going through, So I turned around to stop and watch it. While my mom and the rest of my family moved on. So I stayed and watched the train. After it was gone I turned around and I was by myself. Not knowing what to do, I sat up on this little rock wall and just cried. I still thank God for those little old ladies who appear out of no-where. And just seem to know exactly what to do!
Anyhow, Went to the desk, they reported it....etc.

I was never really one to swollow things, but when I was around 2, I stuck a raisin up my nose..... You know how you put a raisin in water it swells? Same concept....


Lets just say I could count Mom's gray hairs now.
I hope none of my kids are like me. It will be a nightmare....

They are scary. That same day at the park I saw a strangers child he was probably 12, stand up on a ride when it was going to go down the hill. A ride person told him to sit down. He's not my kid but when I saw him I wanted to tell him that was crazy and he could die. I'm sure his parents would have freaked if they'd seen him do that.

I hate when junk this on my FB feed come up: 'watching this one video WILL change your life!!'; 'inspiring story that will alter the course of your life!!!' ; 'watch here: IT WILL CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF YOUR EXISTENCE ON EARTH!!', so on and so forth.

I had to call the office here to ask them to send maintenance over to put the screen back in the window after last night's incident. No big deal.

So, a little while ago, the maintenance guy knocked on the door.
It was not the same guy who replaced my smoke alarm or fixed the leaky shower head.

It turns out, the first guy I ever dated just happens to be working for the apartment complex.

So, when I opened the door, instead of like, getting out of the way so he could come in and fix the screen, I may or may not have started laughing. Kind of a lot. We have a sort of really awkward history, throughout which we both called each other some stupid things and acted like jerks. As a teenager, I used to make a point of flipping him the bird every time I saw him. He told me that I was a "waste of fat and flesh". Totally ridiculous things like that.

Anyway, he was very professional about it all- he waited patiently for me to stop laughing, said good morning, asked if there were any other problems with my apartment, discovered the screen was too bent to fit back properly and that he'd have to take it and fix it and come back later.

He's apparently turned into like, an adult...while I, obviously, have not.

I like it when the Aussies are active on CC while the rest of us sleep. It's like they are little night creatures that slither out from under rocks while we slumber, except that it is day there at the time, and they don't slither, nor live under rocks....but otherwise, it's just like that.

Also, I DID get the kitty. He's screaming at me right now because I'm not RIGHT THERE beside him. Maybe I should bring my laptop down there...

She was made to be a help-meet equal not an underling as is taught wrong here in this world

Ask this does God view anyone better or worse than anyone else? I see in scripture not at all

maybe find all five seasons on line or store at a good price and watch it at will, quite interesting, especially now with that plane gone missing recently several moths back now

Kitty likes to use me as a scratching post...ouch. Something tells me I'm going to need to get a scratching post AND a kitty tower. (Kitty likes to sleep in our old doll house)

Yes it is not your fault that the other in this marriage is not compassionate to you, and only is, when he sees he can get what he is after. And when thinks he has shown you this, by as an example do the dishes, and then turns to you and expects, a return
That is doing to get and was not done from the heart, if expectations afterward came to light
It shows just like in Luke 14, a real enlightening truth there invite be good to those that can't return your goodness to you. And if good to those that can, expect not to be returned to, and if are okay,
For all not just a few have free will choice.

And if peaople would look back as in the day of Noah, might see exactly what God was and is angry about

Stand therefore and I bet he won't do what he did anymore, i think you gained respect. yet remain wise, trusting god to reveal to you when to make that right or left
