A wonderful day to count blessings, be still, contemplate our Maker. I am constantly amazed, what a humble God we serve. He created everything, even things we make was given us by our Father. He gets so little credit, so little praise in light of all He has done. It has been a blessed glorious day, complements of Almighty.

Which god are you praising and worshiping when you honor Sunday?

Leviticus 23:3 You may work for six days. But the seventh day is a day of worship, a day when you don’t work, a holy assembly. Don’t do any work. It is the Lord’s day of worship wherever you live.

You is TOO FUNNY.........goodness.........given the level of hatred for those who don't believe as you do, I find it hard to believe that God thinks you are "honoring" anything or anyone..............especially Him.........so goodness...........

And, yes, I mean "hatred." When you condemn others of not being Christians that is "hate speech."

You are spreading the love of the Lord for everyone by calling what is reported as from the bible "junk"?????? ..........sigh...........

Humility or humbleness is a quality of being courteously respectful of others. It is the opposite of aggressiveness, arrogance, boastfulness, and vanity. Humility is the quality that lets us go more than halfway to meet the needs of others.


The Creator of the universe and everthing in it, is many things and yes, humble is a quality He demonstrates. Who, but God, would put up with all us little clods of dirt down here on earth. Why we're just little wads of clay, getting mad at each other, arguing about who He is, when none of us really know the extent of who He is...but we gotta argue and puff up at each other if a word or phrase is out of place. Who is man that God is mindful of Him...

All thru the Bible God chases after mankind, pleading for them to return to Him. I'd say that's humble. You don't agree Phil? That's fine by me..you're free to think what you want, so am I. As usual, I agree with you that we disagree.:)
 
PHILIPPIANS 2:5-6-7-8.

Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.

Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery

To my Brothers and Sisters,

Have a great day of rest and fellowship with God and His people on this day. Look for ways to bless Him and bless His people. And in turn, expect to be blessed for your ministry.

As you guys prepare to enter in to the Sabbath tonight, I hope you have an awesome day. I hope you all are able to rest in the work done for you by our Messiah, and that you're able to serve Him and others with passion and zeal!

The priests did "double-duty" on Sabbath. May we do the same.

You are right. There's no scripture saying the Creator is humble. But then again man is created in His imagine which I understand it's His attribute.
Man does not create humbleness.
When we humble ourselves, we reflect His glory.
Sincerely I thank you for bringing this up for many times we disagree, we speak arrogantly. That's not God like. One more to learn, again and again.
