The answer to both questions is no. But the clear implication is that if we continue in sin, grace will abound, and if we continue to sin, we are still under grace.
What does this mean? God's grace truly is grace, it truly does cover us no matter what we do, now or in the future. Should we sin? No! Can we sin and still be under grace? Unequivocally, undoubtably, and irrevocably YES.
Scripture contradicts you.
1 Corinthians 6:9 - Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God?
Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,
:10 - Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
:11 - And such
were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
People that are committing sin are going to hell. When we receive the Holy Ghost, we are washed, sanctified, and justified
FROM our sins. Thing are what we
USED to do. We don't do them anymore. If you continue to do them, you're going to hell. Plain and simple. Have you never read the scriptures?
1 John 3:5 - And ye know that he was manifested
to take away our sins; and in him is no sin. 6 - Whosoever abideth in him
sinneth not:
whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him.
7 - Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

Lets put these verses in context. The "eth' on the end of words in the king james english means "to continue." That means people who continue sinning are of the devil, not of God, hath not seen God, and do not know God. Now scripture is calling you a liar because you are saying that people who continue in sin are still under the grace of God. You are doing exactly like Jude 1:4 says. You are turning the grace of God into lasciviousness.
