Inappropriate humour. Is it ever okay?

So I like to laugh a lot at lewd humour mostly, but I also like other inappropriate humour. I watch a lot of YTPs, Uncle Dolan stuff, Text-to-Speech voice humour videos that contain a lot of inappropriate humour, video remixes, funny and weird pictures and videos, and The Simpsons.

I don't like blasphemous or racist/discriminative humour though.

Is it a sin to make or watch lewd and other inappropriate humour? I have a lot of lewd humour videos that are some Text-to-Speech voice humour videos, and I also have about 3-5 Uncle Dolan videos. I really enjoy laughing, but I don't like people who hurt my feelings with their stupid jokes or pranks... But I enjoy reading and watching jokes and humour, but I don't like blasphemous or discriminative humour.

troubledgirl, ask yourself this question: if Jesus knocked on your door, and wanted to watch a movie with you, and you put on one of your inappropriate videos, what do you think he'd say? Do you think he would enjoy watching lewd behavior and hurtful things being said?
If you want to make funny videos, make them appropriate to watch. Dont make tacky, lewd videos that demean other people. You enjoy laughing, that's good, but it seems like you enjoy laughing at other people even though you dont like it when they laugh at you. How do you think THEY feel when they're laughed at? It's not quite so funny, is it?

Ask yourself these questions: Is this lewd video something Jesus would watch? Would he approve, or disapprove? Would he say it's ok to indulge in something that mocks other people? Is this video something that Jesus himself would make?


From reading this post and some of your others about demonic encounters with Harry Potter stuff, it seems to me that you are trying to find fun and humor everywhere except in God. Jesus would not watch such a video, but Satan would!! And he does, every single time you put one of those videos on to watch it. You are flirting with the dark side, and you ARE gonna end up getting burned!! If I were you, I'd pray to God right now, and ask him to take this hurtful attitude away from you.

​There is nothing even remotely funny about lewdness. It is perverted, goes against God, and favors Satan. You need to get your priorities into order, young lady!! Harry Potter and lewd humor videos should not even be on that list!!

First of all, I am not watching videos that mock people... And Uncle Dolan is a parody of the Donald Duck.

That does not matter what it's a parody of. Lewd humor is still lewd. Inappropriate is still inappropriate. You wouldnt like it if the shoe were on the other foot, and the lewd and inappropriate behavior was reflected onto YOU!! It does'nt matter what Uncle Dolan is. A parody is a skit making fun of someone or something. Therefore, by participating in watching it, you are helping to mock that person or thing.

But Donald Duck doesn't exist and it's not even a person... Why is it bad to make fun of THINGS?

ok then, say you went to Disney World, where Donald Duck walks around in a costume. Inside that costume is a REAL PERSON. Now say you and your friends started making fun of that person for wearing a Donald Duck costume--do ya see what I'm saying?
Watching and making lewd videos is wrong. Teasing or mocking others is wrong. Holding onto demonic merchandise is wrong, especially when Satan has a grip on you even now, by making you so reluctant to get rid of it all. When you watch a lewd video, you're honoring Satan. When you make a video for others to laugh at, you're contributing to his evil agenda. Dont you understand that??

I live next door to Walt Disney World. I've met Donald Duck. Uncle Dolan is not Donald Duck. Its time to get real.

But that Donald Duck in Disneyland is NOT the real Donald Duck. That's just a costume. If anyone gets offended, then it's the real legitimate Donald Duck character who gets offended, not a person who wears a Donald Duck costume because wearing a costume would only be cosplay, and wearing a costume doesn't turn the person into the real character.

I am sorry to disappoint you but there is no 'real' Donald Duck. Mickey Mouse is not real either. Next, you will probably burst my bubble and say bad things about Tinkerbelle.

troubledgirl, there IS NO "real" Donald Duck!! OR Severus Snape!! They are made-up, fictional characters who do not exist in reality!! YOU, however, seem unable to distinguish between cartoon land and real-life. If you prefer to keep watching lewd humor videos that demean people, that's your choice, but it's quite obvious which "GOD" you're serving right now!!! And it is'nt the one up in heaven!! Your refusal and reluctance to let go of any of this stuff and behavior speaks clearly about who you are honoring. It also speaks volumes of your loyalty to God. You are too attached to the stuff of this world, and THAT is why you cannot hear God talking to you!! Relax my dear. Today is Sunday, maybe you could go to church today. Please ask God to wean you off the destructive things in your life and replace these things with His abundant goodness. Don't forget to say your prayers tonight. It's OK to go to sleep with a teddy bear but it would not be wise to go beyond that. I pray that God sends a few good friends to you. God Bless You.

No, you dont speak Chinese, and yes, I HAVE read your posts carefully. Donald Duck, and any other characters, do not exist in any way, shape or form. Ok, let me try to give you another example. Say I made a lewd humor video about YOU, and I kept laughing at YOU. You would not like the fact that I made such a demeaning video poking fun at you, and I'm positive that you would definitely get offended. It does'nt matter whether its a character or a person that you're laughing at. The point is, that it is hurtful and therefore should NOT be indulged in by you anymore!! I seriously think you need to quit watching so many stupid cartoons, videos, and movies, and read your bible so you can get a good dose of reality into your head to clear out all the misconceptions you seem to have.

Blue_ladybug is a spiritual woman of the Lord and her words are worth listening to and considering. She definitely does not believe that she is better than you because she has a very humble and contrite heart. She has been an inspiration to me and has become a very dear friend. I believe that she could be a good friend to you too if you give her a chance. I pray that you do so. Everyone needs a good friend.
