Hey JuameJ, long time not talk to. I agree with half of your statement.
The Jews were never the chosen nation of God, but you did clarify that you refer to all Israel and not just Judah, but I did have to state this, because not all Israelites were considered "Jews." But I agree with your notion (based on the other thread that I read) that we shouldn't make blanket accusations. The early church consisted of both converted religious Jews and people who are referred to as Gentile.
Today, though it is not accurate, most folks refer to the Children of Israel when using the title, Jew. I am afraid I often assume everyone knows this. Most do, but not all. Thank you for your poignant contribution to the OP.........God bless you always.

Christians use the NON man-made Christ as their Mediator.
You are not to tempt the Lord your God, this being true, do not tempt His children. Read the Word if you think others are lying, but do not provoke others to pride. You do not know. This you make obvious. You are obstinate. This you demonstrate by asking for proof by Scripture of something you should have known long ago, professing yourself to instruct others.

Remember, Christ is risen never to die again. We, especially Christians say that Christ LIVES IN US. So it is US who are experiencing the second death.

If you were to read the thread, you would know why. When we respond to others with knowledge from having read the Word, and we are accused of not knowing, from that point it becomes a challenge to one's integrity in sharing the Word,. Were the exchange in love from both sides, the story would be different. We find in the Word many examples of Yeshua repeating words from the prophets, but we also find many examples where He did not. I would like this person to read the Word and learn it before making declarations against what other post and about others period. It is good for him, it is good for others.
If you were to carefully go through this thread and many others you will find most times when I post on the subject of the wisdom of the law or on the Israel of Yahweh, and more, detractors rarely respond to all of what I post, and many times not to any of what I or others have to post in favor of it, so when I do this once, letting it be known I am doing it, I am called on it. This is an odd balance indeed.
