Tintin, that's really funny. I was actually talking to Christian74 because he quoted my post and said "mild smile" at the end. At first when I read your post, I was like "why is he talking about Arlene again? I know he loves her, but it has nothing to do with this... Oh. He assumed I meant his post, since that's his name too". Oops !

I told my self I could.....thanked God.....let go of my cane and took 6 steps.....my knee isn't bending yet......but I walked unassisted .......God is amazing......doctors said I should be glad I'm alive......
then they said I wouldn't walk.....well my God doesn't do anything part way........He goes all the way....

Hey people. There is an app called MeetUp. Check it out. People get together for social activities. There is 20-somethings, 30-somethings, 40-somethings, couples, singles, divorced/widowed, religious and based on common interests. All depending on your city. The past couple of weeks have been exceptionally trying. I've been fighting a case of bronchitis that just won't go away and working in Denver six days a week has seriously cut into the rest I need to kick it. I couldn't be stingy so of course I shared the bronchitis with my wife who got it ten times worse so I spent Friday night until almost midnight at the ER with her which meant going to work yesterday on only a couple of hours of sleep. I'm sitting here right now on my one day off looking around the house at all the things that need to be done trying to resist the urge to work my tail off all day getting the house cleaned up instead of just sitting back and resting.
