if you want to hold a prayer vigil. hold in senators office and dont leave before the senator talks with you. you may have to stay all night or you may be removed peacefully (being carried) by the police. either way it will make the point that christians dont accept genocide.

I am sorry but I strongly disagree with this. If you want to hold a prayer vigil, that is fantastic. If you want to make a political statement, I support it too. DO NOT mix the two. Why take away the sanctity and reverence of the vigil by turning it into a political demonstration? Again, I support both types, but frankly you will be seen as manipulative by doing it in such a manner.

"Do you know what's sweeter than hearing the sound of a child's laughter? The sound of silence from not having any kids"

I agree with this many mornings.

Oh Rachel, I love your randomness. Have you been practising your growling and scream as of late? :p

Hi Arlene.

No the growling and all that jazz was for Ugly for two reasons.

  1. To cheer him up and laugh (It worked hopefully)
  2. He said he didn't like country music. -__-
So I wanted to get back at him :p

I had a very wonderful time talking to both of you. You know what is amazing? God answered our prayers with regards to both of you.

I remember we prayed for something more beautiful and wonderful to come along your way, and I can see it's happening with your new found love.
I pray you are blessed and cared for, in matters of the heart and soul. <3

Much love and warm regards.

I have this desire yet complete aversion to dating. I mentioned this lastnight on chat, fearful that it sounds shallow but, I am being truthful. When I see a guy, not just picture, but personality, character- the whole person- I ask myself 'but is he me?' Is he what I feel compliments me- who I am, looks, etc. Now before people assume that I am looking for a jock-type, or someone with a lot of cash, I am not. Attraction is different for everyone. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. My point is it is hard for me to date someone who is outside my image. I feel an aversion to it. I can't explain it more than that. It doesn't feel right.

My patience is wearing thin with my manager. I hate when people aren't being rational or logical, make mountains of molehills. Everything is the sky is falling, everyone in the enemy. Ugh. Shush and do your darn job, instead of having me to do it. Three more workdays with him. Then I am free.

Today is my children's first day of school, I love them but I did a little happy dance this morning. I also threw out a bunch of old junk and they won't even know.

Hahaha, I know, Rachel. But I do look back at that time and smile. I had fun, at least! And I'm sure William did as well. That's why I bring it up every now and then.

And thank you! Man, you guys are too kind. I do remember those prayers.

Having a 'sick-day' movie date with my fiance. We're each sick at home, and he's finishing up the last few episodes of my favorite anime, so I joined him online to watch too. ^_^
