I live in oklahoma but I used to live in Texas, I miss Texas tbh I cant tell you how many bbq's we had all the time. I mean we literally had like 10 different bbq sauces for the ribs and chicken with some corn on the cob peas mash potato's and the best pies too. The thing about us Texans is we ain't afraid of snakes so the devil's out of luck, and ya we like bull riding cuz is the way of the cow boy and you know how we like the wide open range too. Man im homesick

Well, if the book I'm reading is correct, I come from the dust that God used to form Adam.

I'm from Tennessee, born, raised and will probably die here in Tennessee eventually.

"Have you lived in Tennessee all your life?" "Well... no, not yet."

Tennessee is about the best place on the continent to live.
We are too far north for Florida summers.
We are too far south for Minnesota winters.
We are too far inland to get hurricanes.
We are too far from the east and west coast to get their big city smog. Clean air is a wonderful thing!
We don't even know what the word "drought" is.
And we still have a Wal-Mart less than half an hour from almost everywhere.

Life is good here. :D

Parents came over to USA as refugees when they were kids. Born in California, moved around, and finally settled down in Wisconsin where I have lived for the past 15 or so years. :)

We have gorgeous nature here and I love going thru the four seasons, though winters can be long at times.
The community I live in is generally friendly which I love! I have lived in less friendly places before and did not like it so much...

I lived in Clarksville, Tennessee for 3 years and consider that to be a beautiful state. I was born in Germany and grew up in the streets of Detroit. Currently residing in the fantasy world of Orlando.

Tennessee is a wonderful place. Count yourself as lucky.

I'm originally from the northeast. Moved down to the mid-Atlantic. I want nothing more than to go West.

"Go west, young man!"

Oh I do count myself fortunate, I do. We got plenty of space, plenty of fresh air and plenty of clean water if you do decide to come over this way. We'll have room for ya.

Well, I grew up in one part of Missouri, went to college in another, lived in South Dakota for a summer, moved to northern Illinois for about 2 years after that, and now I am back in one part of Missouri and hope to live in the other part of Missouri that I grew up in once my sister starts having babies.

I also kind of want to live in South Dakota again at some point. Absolutely beautiful in the Rapid City area.

I've also decided that if I'm still single by the time I'm 30, I'm going to live in Ireland for a year.
