I should probably boil up some eggs for throughout the day. Not tonight, though.
Also, I love the high protein pancake mix I got. I need to make it lower in sugar (because when I don't add sugar it has a bitter aftertaste to it), because I end up putting in a half tablespoon of sugar for 3-4 pancakes, and then I also add mini chocolate chips (less than a tablespoon per pancake). Add syrup and it's nearly no different in sugar content than your typical pancake. While the extra protein does help, and I also add cinnamon, I still end up crashing a little.
Chocolate chip pancakes are one of my favorite things. I'm not compromising on the chocolate lol. But I do need to buy some stevia or use a teaspoon of honey. But seriously. A teaspoon, maybe one and a half of cinnamon in pancakes, doesn't matter what kind you're making, it will ALWAYS be good.
I also need honey crisp apples. I haven't had any in a while.
