It means there is no universal law of gravitation.

Each object behaves differently according to its relationship to the earth.

If, however we adopt a Heliocentric model, then suddenly every object in the cosmos is abiding by the same universal law of gravitaion.:)

A tendency towards simplification would agree with geocenticism, of course William of Ockham was a student of Aristotelean physics and logic and as Aristotle would state, things fall to earth naturally because thats the centre as the final central point, things are inclined to fall that way.
 
After readig what others have wrote and your reply, I have determined that you have no intention of having a rational discussion. Enjoy your monologue and remember that law established by comic books that monologues reveal character.

For the love of...!

Cup, pick up a dammed pencil, and wave it up and down in front of your face. Gasp! It appears to bend as though it were made of rubber. Clearly that must mean that God transmutes the pencil into rubber during the brief seconds in which you wave it and then transmute it back when you stop. Because obviously if something appears to be happening then it that must be exactly what's happening.

Do you know much about optics, lets discuss optics and the nature of light, is this a new experiment? What about the rubber ballon filled with polystyrene, not going ahead with that one?

We can do another one, we can have a one ton lead weight and a rubber ballon filled with polystyrene, how high should we drop them from, say 200m, I will bet that the lead hits the ground first and you can bet that both the ballon and the lead hit at the same time, because I will make the ballon to be the 'same shape and size' as the lead ball, what shall we wager for?

Took me 2 days to read this post. LoL, I'm gonna haft to go with the Bible on this one (and no, the bible doesnt say the earth is flat, snail). Cup made the points on what God had to say about it. TY for opening my eyes to this Cup. It shouldnt surprise me considering all the kabbalistic mysticism thats involved in modern day science.

I guess I can expect alot of snide and childish remarks, but spare me. I think the scoffers have made enough unimpressive comments for one thread.

Thankyou for your comments, and praise God, next time you go out and look at the stars and moon and sun you will marvel at the incredible beauty and truth and elegence of God's universe, be still know that He is God and His word true and watch the universe turn around you.
 
Ahh yes according to the bible and the book of Enoch in particular (which Jude is supposed to quote from and Jesus to have used), the earth is indeed flat!

Astrologers use a geocentric earth model so a geocentric earth is from satan!

You geocentric earthers will have to answer to God on judgement day for ignoring His Word and scientific facts.
 
When anyone looks at the sky, what do you think from our perspective on Earth the Sun moves and not the Earth. Now if you were on the sun you would be very hot


I was thinking a few weeks ago in order to have life on Earth as we know it we have to have the right size sun and the right moon and the water, elements. Be in the right part of the universe.


I went a step further we have to be in the right part of the galaxy and a step further our galaxy has to be in the right place in relationship to all the other galaxies.


Even if Earth really is stationary it won't be at sometime.


Isaiah 24
19 The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.
20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.
21 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the LORD shall punish the host of the high ones that are on high, and the kings of the earth upon the earth.
22 And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited.
