Exodus 25:16
And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I shall give thee.

Exodus 40:20
And he took and put the testimony into the ark, and set the staves on the ark, and put the mercy seat above upon the ark:

[h=1]Revelation 11:19King James Version (KJV)[/h]19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail.

What is in this ark in heaven ?

I can't answer that unless I know if he ever had to offer sacrifice according to the law.
Do you think that he kept the first four commandments that were not mentioned in the first ?

I prefer not to speculate about what is not written (1Co 4:6).

9/10 where did you get that ?

I see 10 out of 10
The serious problem with these people with their 9/10 is that they want a partial believing in the Lord, and find all sorts of reasons to hold back fully committing themselves. They divide scripture into two parts, and I guess the Lord wasn't involved with the first part. When Christ made everything so clear and better, it becomes what Christ destroyed. Paul, telling us so emphatically that we can do and do, but it is our heart God sees behind the doing so that gets used to tell us not to do anything or we aren't Christians. And the words Israel, Jews and gentiles is used as much as their meaning can be twisted so the very words mean destruction, instead of the beauty of the word of God.

A favorite of these people is the Holy Spirit and the law. They get love involved too in how to hold back. There are many posts about law saying that the law of love is against all other law. If you follow the holy spirit, they say, that spirit never lets you know any written law. If you write a law down with the word of God, it automatically destroys it for the Holy Spirit!

I am exaggerating to make a point! But they exaggerate to make their negative points, so sue me.

God punished other nations for violating moral laws having to do with adultery, child sacrifice, homosexual acts, etc., which were presumably only divinely revealed to Israel. Nevertheless, all men have these laws written in their hearts (Romans 1:20-21, 32; 2:11-15). We should not forget the example of Sodom and Gomorrah, either. Ninevah also would have been destroyed had they not repented. It cannot be said, therefore, that the Old Testament laws only apply to Israel.

Moral Law

1. Was spoken by God. (Deuteronomy 4:12).

2. Was written by God on “tables of stone” (Exodus 24:12).

3. Was “just, ““true,” and “good” (Nehemiah 9:13).

4. Was a law, “which, if a man does, he shall live by them” (Ezekiel 20:11, 13, 21).

5. Was a “perfect” law, (Psalms 19:7).

6. Christ “did not come to destroy” it (Matthew 5:17).

7. He came to “exalt” it and make it “honorable” (Isaiah 42:21).

Ceremonial Law

1. Was spoken by Moses (Deuteronomy 1:1-6).

2. Was written by Moses “in a book” (Deuteronomy 31:24).

3. Was “not good” (Ezekiel 20:25).

4. Was a law “by which they could not live” (Ezekiel 20:25).

5. “Made nothing perfect” (Hebrews 7:19).

6. He “abolished” it (Ephesians 2:15).

7. He took it “out of the way” at Christ’s death (Colossians 2:14).

you are wise enough to figure it out by my answers
According to your answers, and especially your questions you don't have an understanding of the new covenant where God's moral law/nature through His Holy Spirit has transformed us into His image, not by dictates on stone but written on our hearts.
So no, I will assume you are not born again.

Nope. . .that is not referring to the law or Moses.

That refers to giving them over to kings of other lands and living under foreign laws (Dt 28:48; 2Ch 12:8).

4. Was a law “by which they could not live” (Ezekiel 20:25).
Not referring to the law of Moses.

And if you want to throw stones at someone, you are living in a glass house. You don't know the difference between the writing of the law in stone to make it everlasting, unchanging, and the stone of hearts to make obedience without the heart involved.
