Actually, had Satan known the outcome of the crucifixion, he would have done everything in his power to keep Christ alive.
Yep, and that's exactly what he attempted right here;

(Mat 16:21)
From that time Jesus began to shew to his disciples that he must go away to Jerusalem, and suffer many things from the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and the third day be raised.
(Mat 16:22)
And Peter taking him to him began to rebuke him, saying, God be favourable to thee, Lord; this shall in no wise be unto thee.
(Mat 16:23)

But turning round, he said to Peter, Get away behind me, Satan; thou art an offence to me, for thy mind is not on the things that are of God, but on the things that are of men.

Also here, Jesus the man was wilting away from the Will of Christ, praying for it not to happen...

(Luk 22:41)
And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's throw, and having knelt down he prayed,

(Luk 22:42)
saying, Father, if thou wilt remove this cup from me: --but then, not my will, but thine be done.

exactly, It is a national question, not induvidual
You mean like this?

(Mat 21:43)
Therefore I say to you, that the kingdom of God shall be taken from you and shall be given to a nation producing the fruits of it.

Or like this?

(1Pe 2:9)
and ye are a choice race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people acquired, that the excellences ye may shew forth of Him who out of darkness did call you to His wondrous light;

If so, you are right :)

True, it was prophesied that they would be scattered to the four corners of the earth and persecuted wherever they went; but also in time they would be regathered into the Land never to be dislodged again. But they still must face a great fiery trial before God breaks their resistance to the Gospel. ..and those who endure and come to Christ will be saved.
The gathering of scattered Israel is EXACTLY WHAT THE GOSPEL is :)

There isn't "two separate gospels" lol

Name one place in the old testament where God said he would gather Israel out of the Gentiles where they were scattered, and I'll show you no less than ten references in the New Testament, that proves that promise to Israel is fulfilled in Christ Jesus Coming as the Messiah to Israel.

Perhaps this is a challenge. Any want to try it? List any O.T. prophecy, and I will give you the obvious fulfillment in Christ Jesus in the New Covenant.

Let's let God speak. Anyone brave enough for this? I am. I have no ulterior motives here. Yes I am an outspoken woman full of vim and vinegar. Yes I am harsh to the kids sometimes, but you know I love you and those obedient to the Faith, well I see youuuuuu!! And my Love for you is immense! I'm truly sorry if I don't show it enough. I think the only reason I'm still alive in this flesh is because Lord has mercy on my prayer for more of His Holy Spirit so I can know how to love more. Crossnote also said that and he touched my heart with that. If we could all be in that Oneness...

And I believe Oneness in Israel is the Body of Believers Baptised/saved/grafted/born again/transformed/translated/metamorphisized haha WHATEVER you want to call it, is ALL about Israel Saved.

And I can show anyone here who has an ear to hear, the fulfillment of an O.T. prophecy as HAS BEEN CLEARLY ACCOMPLISHED in Christ JESUS!

Did Jesus fulfill the "gathering of the great multitudes out of the Nations/Gentiles where Israel was scattered by the Assyrian Kings Scenaccarib and Tilgath-Pilazer as recorded in the Chronicles? The Jews have all known all along that the Ten Tribes of the Northern Kingdom of Israel were scattered and that they'd have to somehow be gathered. All that is right there in the Bible. I'll put out any verse to any question. I'll just give you the verse, I promise I won't type another word.

Ask me and I'll only give the verses showing the fulfillment.
Promise :)
I hope this helps makes us all really chummy friends so we can grab each other's cheeks and shake'm someday in Eternity saying, "aren't you just the prettiest shiny thing"! HaahAAA!

The first century Jews understood the promises to Abraham to be promises actually involving the inheritance of the entire world, not just a tract of land in the Middle East.
.
4 Ezra 6

55: All this have I spoken before thee, O Lord, because thou madest the world for our sakes
56: As for the other people, which also come of Adam, thou hast said that they are nothing, but be like unto spittle: and hast likened the abundance of them unto a drop that falleth from a vessel.
57: And now, O Lord, behold, these heathen, which have ever been reputed as nothing, have begun to be lords over us, and to devour us.
58: But we thy people, whom thou hast called thy firstborn, thy only begotten, and thy fervent lover, are given into their hands.
59: If the world now be made for our sakes, why do we not possess an inheritance with the world? how long shall this endure?
.
For Christians, that promise was actually realized in Jesus since we believe he is not only king of Israel, but also king of all creation. The promises to Abraham have been realized in Jesus and none other.

2 Cor1:20 For every one of God’s promises are “Yes” in him

Gen 17: [SUP]8 [/SUP]Also I give to you and your descendants after you the land in which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, as an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.”

nothing salvic about this promise. God said it was an eternal gift.

You are MOST certainly correct that what you are saying "it is not a gospel thing".

Wow. Yes. There is no doubt about that.

(Gal 1:9)
As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

yes, we agree.

Now we need to discuss the eternal physical promise God made ti Israel. Is it eternal like God said, or not?

why keep saying that? It is not the gospel.

Here's a fun question :)

What Respectable Husband who after divorcing his old disgusting whorish wife, then Marrying the most astoundingly pure beautiful new Wife in an Everlasting Marriage Covenant and Giving Her His Name Forever and sealing it in Blood....,
would THEN be caught messing around with the old whorish wife ON THE SIDE? Who also in the meantime is systematically killing His New Wife's Children with poison?

Would she still be "chosen" and have a super duper big party planned some day? Think that sounds kosher with the new Wife?

HmmmMMMM?

I wouldn't waste my time. You've proven you can twist any Scripture through spiritualizing the text to fit your preconceived dreamy notions.
I am trying to answer just those whom I sense are sincerely asking to know, not scoff at.

This world is going to pass. I would notice that an earthly kingdom that lasts for 1000 literal years is not an everlasting possession.

Isreal still has to repent. Lev 26 says that, When the wife comes Back, God will remember his promise to her. NOT BEFORE.

what part of NOT before do you not understand?

again, what part of not before do you not understand?

yes this world is going to pass. what would that do to the promise? As long as the earth (namely the land of canaan) is around, would that promise still not stand?

WHat if your father gave you [art of his and, And told you it was yours forever, then later gave you a condition to live in that land, Follow him, and do not mock and sin against him, If you do, he will kick you out an your enemy will live there, But if you repent, he will give it back to you.

Now how would you feel is your father did not keep that promise, and the land still existed. He took it from you and GAVE it to someone else, never to let you return again. ever! even if you repented (which is what preterism teaches)

How do we know it won't be their possession also in the New heavens and the New earth?
