The grand jury will not indict officer Wilson in St. Louis shooting.......just announced...wonder if the riots are coming or not....!
All I can say is they better release all evidence that they were shown to the public, to show why they come up with their decision. I am watching CNN right now and the guy speaking just said there is no video of the final shots.
What happened to the couple of cell phone video's of Brown being shot ?
I don't have the evidence so I won't speak on the verdict. I do hope though that the race card is dropped, and hopefully the rioting is a non-issue, too.
Hope this entire thing is over with and done.
We should all be praying for both families involved and the entirety of the town and surrounding area.
The St Louis county prosecutor has said at least three times there is a video of the final 10 shots...so CNN is full of crap as I just watched it and am watching it on Fox
I agree and they are going to release all evidence to the public, news etc. covering all bases for sure....!
Typically grand jury proceedings are sealed and IMO releasing everything to the public could end up being counterproductive.
A grand jury is screened in the same manner that a trial jury is to insure a fair and impartial proceeding, but once all the evidence is released to partial and biased persons in the general public the spinmeisters that have an axe to grind will go crazy. I do, however, understand why the Prosecutor made the decision to release the proceedings.
Everyone who says Wilson is guilty are being completely irrational. They literally don't care about the evidence, they believe Wilson is innocent and will ignore every piece of evidence that contradicts their views of victimhood. They're also basing their accusations on... pure emotion and witness testimony (ignoring the contradictions).
This is why all the evidence should be made public, so that those who want to know the truth can actually look at the evidence. Because honestly, nobody has enough evidence either which way outside of the grand jury.
And the above is why the protests tick me off, because all these people lack evidence - but they still act! Not only that, but we have proof that Michael was a thug. Does this have anything to do with Wilson? No. But it does prove that anyone who calls Michael a hero is a total imbecile!
And the Brown's lawyer?! He keeps talking about how protesters should remain peaceful, but he KNOWS he's stirring more riots. He is INTENTIONALLY riling people up so they do act violently! He knows people won't listen to his pleas for peace, he just asks for peace so it's harder to accuse him of stirring riots.
I wish the rest of the country would stop worrying about Ferguson because Michael wasn't obviously innocent, he was a thug, and he was shot in an incredibly horrible neighborhood where crime is stupendously high. There are better cases highlighting racism towards blacks. In fact, there's no evidence Wilson shot Brown because he was black.
There's just so much to say and my mind is so frazzled at how irrational people are to defend Brown that I can't even gather my thoughts. Which, I apologize for jumping all over the place.
Was Wilson guilty or innocent? I don't know, but nor do the protesters. The protesters just don't care.
it wouldn't matter if they indicted or not, the people there are going to riot and loot no matter what. I say nip it in a bud and just call in a A-10 for a airstrike. end of riot, problem solved.
I suppose the acquitted cop will have to take on a new identity...sad.
