aww. did I hurt your feelings? I am sorry.

I spent almost 30 in a fake church trying to live Godly and be serious.

I found a church where people laugh and love God and others, and take Gods word serious.

we celebrate God and his salvation and his word. If thats a bad thing. so be it.

So nobody can laugh? Are we Muslims? Sorry I'm not buying that Muslim teaching that laughing is sinful...
If people are laughing, they are laughing only for joy in the Word of God and fellowship, nobody laughed in any mockery.

This is true but you are a good man. Yes, I know that no one is good but God alone but that is my own personal estimation. You certainly are not bad. I am grateful that Jesus died on the cross so that scum like you and me can be with Him in heaven one day. You certainly are an amusing man and perhaps we can agree on this.

This temporal life is not the issue .... the real issue is how one finds truth about who we are and why we exist and what measures we need to take for understanding our spiritual need for redemption

I think you are misunderstanding the OPs intent.Most threads fall into nasty debates and they are the most popular.I posted something about support of the Jews and someone told me I was "anti Christ"Had about 60 pages of comments.But talk of loving God or subjects that are not "hot topic" and you get around 10 replies.So the OP is saying these are things we can all agree on as believers.In unity as the NT calls for. I dont think the OP was trying to be silly or humorous.

I saw something lovely here yesterday, someone made a post not in keeping with the thread of unity, I saw a soldier (who might be considered controversial sometimes :) by some people ) offer the olive branch and throw the guy a couple likes (bringing him back in the fold) Good job, sir, standing tall for God and country. TY

Before I started my other thread, I wanted to start one that simply asked if Jesus had a sense of humor, and if He did, what people might think it would've been like.....hmmm...how funny? :D Maybe I should now, so it can be discussed there, and not ruin the good thing DC has going here?

Well reborn my brother not sure of you read all the posts. But for sure God has a sense of humor. And we been having much fun here. Posting verses, posting truths about God, laughing with and at each other :) so welcome aboard .

I did. It is still an interesting topic. It will get lost here in about an hour with how fast people post though.:D So I started one, because I'm sure there are a few who have always wondered like myself.

I am accountable only to God my friend.

For someone who does not even understand what a bible discussion forum is (your two beasts thread, and your nasty attitude to people who actually wanted to discuss it, telling them to go away) I think you have more personal things to take care of, then worry about people who love God and want to have a great time in Gods word, and share love with each other.

Or maybe you have never experienced it? Join us, You will find a love you have never experienced before. and you would be quite welcome.

Not much sleep,no.My father was fired from his job yesterday.Only the second time in his life.Worried about how I can help my parents during these tough economic times and esp. sad during Christmas.

And so is everyone else including you. So I suggest you either find a thread you can argue on or just join the good nature of this thread and join us with truths about God, posting passages, laughing with and at each other and just praising God thru this wonderful fellowship with other believers. :) seriously you might find you enjoy it :)
