Aggressive, violent, prideful, and confusing behavior is wrong no matter how you try to cloak it in something else.
Also, every time I hear folks glorify the 10 Commandments they really do not understand what Galatians chapter 3 says. See verse 24, and 25. Romans 6:15 says we are not under the Law anymore (Meaning the Law of Moses). Besides the New Testament is about love. When we love God and love others, we naturally keep the Law (See Romans 13). Besides, if you really want to obey God, there are actually a thousand plus commands in the New Testament to keep you busy.

The 10 commandments were written by the finger of Yah.
Every single one of the 10 commandments are re-stated in the NT.
Every one of the Appointed Times are re-stated in the NT.
Be very careful of what you lay claim to.
Only 9 out of the 10 Commandments have been repeated in the New Testament. The Sabbath Command had not been re-stressed by our Lord and the apostles after the cross. Jesus nailed those ordinances that were against us. All ceremonial laws and laws of justice have not been repeated in the New Testament, either. In fact, New Commands were given that would be in contradiction of these Commands.
This has nothing to do with personal taste in music. It has to do with you acting like the world in an aggresive, violent, and prideful way. Adding an element of Christianity to wrong behavior does not change wrong behavior. A person can murder and steal in the name of Jesus Christ, but that would be false because we no murder and stealing is wrong. Just as acting aggressively and or violently and by talking gibberish non sense is wrong (convulsing one's body around like they are demon possessed).
you've still not proven your blanket accusation of "aggressive, violent, prideful, mindless and confusing behavior" being the systemic and unavoidable conclusion of a lute or lyre being amplified through a distortion pedal.
i get confused every time i hear someone speak in Swahili. that is because i do not understand the language. yet if i were to accuse all Swahili speakers of encouraging confusion and mindlessness, because of my own ignorance of their way of speaking, i would be foolish.

It's not a blanket association. I see wrong aggressive and violent behavior and I know that is wrong. There is no reason for them to be aggresive. They are just acting aggressive so as to mimic the world. I hear confusing words that we cannot clearly hear that Paul condemns. That is not imaginary. I can also see men in Christian Metal bands looking exactly like Metal Satanist bands.

I believe folks here have become desensitized to this type of music and love it more than they do Jesus Christ. They are unwilling to give up this music for at least 1 year and the things of this world so as to love Jesus Christ and test to see if it is really of God or not.

Metal music is deliberately sung in a way that is not clear when they know they could easily sing in a way so as to be heard clearly. I've already studied this in depth over the 29+ years I have been a believer, aside from being raised in the Church of Christ all my life before that time. ( I'm 48, Do the math.)
Do not take what everyone tells you as truth and go with it that way, but reprove it according to the Word of Yah, and research studies of history itself. You will then understand why seeking Him with a pure heart is it's own reward, and why I do not forget His name for Ba'al.
In other words, what disheartens me is that I have to actually tell Christians what violent and aggressive behavior is like. You should be able to easily recognize good behavior from bad behavior by walking in the Spirit and studying God's Word. God never wants us to act in a confusing way. Under the New Testament, Christ has never desires us to act aggressive and violent in spirit. Christ did not say it was okay to dress up like satanic rock bands.

It doesn't matter how long you studied. People of false religions study the Bible for a lot longer than that, and still do not understand the Bible. Read the articles at the site. Continue to study.
