Remember the Elders were the ones that know the laws and corrected others when they doesn't performed them properly. But remember the laws were to make people to become respectful and loving soul; but instead it has made them into hateful, judgmental souls because they had followed them as a pattern but not learning the purpose of them. Just as the Catholic priest are doing, just following the same old routine like a theatrical religion that rehearsing the same old script and over and over, but not gaining wisdom from it and which that kills the purpose of the laws.

I know only a little about scripture, and have only studied a portion of the miracles Messiah did, but every one I've studied so far was a direct slap in the face of the religious leaders. I urge you to study these for yourself, how Messiah made the distinction between His Father's instructions and the added instructions imposed upon the people, by their leaders. Yah's instructions are the yoke Messiah was referring to, easy and light. Man made laws and traditions are truly burdens and that list is constantly growing, and is certainly not light.

When they had worshiped God, they had gotten on their knees or stand around and waved their arm in the air giving out rehearsed praised, but the praises that had came from children wasn't rehearsed at all, it was spontaneously, they'd jump for joy out of excitement and that is the kind of worship God look forward to. But the only way for that reaction to come out of us, is when we are truly went through a long term of suffering and hopelessness,and then salvation creep up on us unexpectedly, then we will give out shout and praises of true worshiping.

I for one wish not to hold one day above an other, but treat each day the same. However, Christmas does provide a perfect opportunity to preach the gospel to friends and family. Thus I don't bash Christmas, I use it as a springboard show and tell the love of Christ. However, this I believe, needs to be done 365 days of the year, not just one day.
