You just said that someone could be saved without being baptized, as long as they did not have time to be baptized. That completely contradicts your belief that baptism is necessary. You can not pick and choose when you believe baptism is necessary.
People like you think it does because you are not ready for the meat of the word, and I am trying to help you.
Jesus said He knows the hearts of man, and He will have mercy on who He will have mercy.
So by this if your heart was in the right place, and you died immediately after repentance not given you a chance to be baptized then I believe the Lord will have mercy on that person's soul. For that spiritual life and spiritual death decision is to be left up to Him, and not me.
However if you do have the chance to get baptized and even do the rest of the Lord's commands but you continue to not do them, that would be a direct disobedience to the Lord because He told you to......
Direct disobedience is a sin of unbelief, denial, a complete lack of love shown to the Lord.
The bible says that if you are disobedient to Him, you do not have salvation.
